Customer service is good. With the app and help of the employees, I was able to find what I needed. The store was clean and organized.

There need to be more safety at the store. Online products are faster to order. The return unit need to increase its employees for faster service. Bring back the old type self service machines. The new one are more difficult to operate. Lower your product cost. The billing statement should states the item you bought and not the apartment. Need more larger carts. The delivery need to be on time.

This store is a good store it’s just it can be frustrating for everybody so have patience with them and the cashiers are very lovely

Tough neighborhood and people in store, but lack of checkout open. Did have lots of inventory and items.

Safety for the employees is essential because of the new upgrades in this building the new registers areare not sufficient enough for me due to the fact is they're too open to the customers to the associates and the (old registers should be put back for the safety of the associates) because customers do get disgruntled and employees can get hurt and get in the way. Also your new money system on how the head cashiers handle the money from the registers to the machines it is not safe the area around the money machine is open it should be enclosed.

I like this store much better than the cheltenham store store #4112 has a faster check out and the cashiers are very friendly and help full.

There are a selected group of woman in this store that without them this store wouldn't stand a chance. Deirdre, Jennifer and 2 other females in kitchen and doors are awesome! Wish I remembered their names(They start with the letter A). If you're looking to get in and out and work with a knowledgeable person, be sure to speak to one of them

Ms. Torres is a great employee, which is hard to say about people that work at Home Depot. This Home Depot is the best in the city. Port Richmond is the worst.

Store looks like it was rampaged by Vikings. Inventory levels are pathetic. Save your time and go to a different store. You’re going to end up having to go there anyway because this store is almost guaranteed not to have everything that you need.

Typically my experience it with the ProDesk, I had the pleasure of being assisted by by Shakina recently & just wanted to add her to my list of AWESOME associates! Kiki, Evelyn & Tanya have been my go-to's, now I have another wonderful associate to add to the list! All of them have been key to making the experience less painful. They are all very personable, helpful & have each made extra effort to help us find items that were mis-shelved; ensure we have help loading materials & lumber (considering we had to pull our own order). We understand the challenges HD faces "today". We can ALL help each other & remember to be courteous! HD ProDesk 4112 has it all covered!

Stocked shelves, clean environment, friendly staff, competitive pricing

During this pandemic, the lines are normally long for this location, which is not the case for surrounding Home Depots. Otherwise, the store is pretty good.

I own my own business and we do a lot of business with Home Depot. I mainly shop in Mt. Laurel but this store had a product I need in stock. I cannot, for the life of me, get anyone to answer a phone call/email regarding my order, almost 1 week ago. I've called multiple times and the phone just rings. I've already made a mistake "picking up" an order there, only to find out it was not in stock. I wasted 3 hours doing so and would not want to repeat the same problem.

This store is a mess and some of the associates are rude and unprofessional. Constant order and delivery issues. Poor communication when problems arise. On a positive note, management does work hard to correct the mistakes.

Always extra busy but never any true help. Customer service sucks and not talking about the Customer Service counter. Never have enough stock or just to lazy to replenish stock.

No the bathroom was filthy your customer service representatives are rude the outside of the store is filthy and your customer representative walking around like people bothering them..

All stores need some improvement. This store is neasr me, and accessable. Early morning sales people are very attentive and polite Later sales persons seem to have attitudes and combative with customers.
