We’re a young Latino couple. Being the only Home Depot in Rosenberg we have no other choice because we like Home Depot. But when you have 2 employees staring at us while we’re checking out makes me feel very uncomfortable. I’m not stealing or trying to take anything so why make people feel that way by just standing there watching us check out? When we aren’t the only ones checking out. I don’t understand that at all.

I never used to go into any Home Depot -- when we lived in Idaho. But this Home Depot in Rosenberg -- has changed my mind about -- what a well run store and professional employees can make a great store.

Not a great experience. The manager of the evening, Ruby...is rude. The cashiers or door monitors whatever they call them, do not help. They stand around talking to each other. It's no wonder there is only self check. They gave their jobs to them!

Miss Susan and the kitchen and appliance section is the best at her job.

I came here with my parents gathering some supplies for garage improvement work. It took a bit of time to find all the supplies we were looking for. The staff didn't come across as being friendly. It always seemed to be a bother to them when we would ask for help. Shelves and floors looked messy and dirty. Needs some cleaning up. Some of the items on the floor had no price tag. Why are they on the floor? Took some time to find the price tag and seemed to be such a bother to the staff to go out of their way to look for it. Isn't that their job? What kind of mismanagement is happening here? Probably worst experience I've had so far at a Home Depot. I'll probably stick with the Sugar Land location.

My checkout was rough at first with me unable to scan my items correctly but with the help of a cashier named Nicole she jumped in quickly and was able to resolve my problem. I will absolutely be shopping at the Rosenberg Home Depot again!!!!!

I received impeccable customer service during my visit today, and honestly every time I go to this Home Depot I’m never disappointed in the products or the customer service I receive. Tonight Mr. Dennis and Ms. Elaine delivered effortlessly on the customer service, product knowledge, and amazing patience. They made my visit well worth it :)

After several directions from different employees I found Kevin with a smile on his face and pep in his step. I waited in one spot and he located the needed item and then showed me where it was at. This man is a benefit and assist to Homedepot.

This store is great. I shop at it all the time since its the closest to my house. They have great items at great prices, plus I have always liked the customer service.

I received assistance from Saida while in Check out recently. Her friendliness and assistance with check out, as I am not a SELF Check out fan, encourage me to return in the future as she informed me that assistance is now available by store employees.

I bought some items from Home Depot yesterday and was very pleased with the sales person friendly approach and helpfulness.

I asked 4 employees a question about a stud finder and none of them knew the answer. I needed to know if I am to nail where there is a stud or where isn’t one. One of the 4 employees told me to watch YouTube about it. When I was ready to check out the cashier said “if there is anything I can help with please let me know “. I tried one time to get my question answered and it was a success. Not only did she know the answer she provided additional info that was very helpful for the project I’m going to do. Her name is a Saida! Super knowledgeable and friendly!!

Very friendly customer service and patient. I had several employees speak to me and ask if I needed help. Several smiles. The checker helped me with the self checkout and was very happy to do so

Not much selection on light fixtures. This store was lacking in neatness and cleanliness!

They are always attentive to my needs and show a real concern in assisting me with all shopping matters.

What a joke this store has become. Employees have been there so long, that they feel impervious to any customer issues or complaints. The two guys working the pro desk (NOW THAT'S A CONTRADICTION) could not even give me a straight answer along with the story manager. He could not even look me in the eye. All he could do was say "I APOLOGIZE" Store has turned to total crap with no customer service at all. Oh, and TIFFANY, the cashier at the returns desk, TOTAL WASTE with NO PERSONALITY

I went to Home Depot today and there were no Cashiers? I refuse to do self check out. I am not an employee, I do not receive employee discounts or benefits. There was 1 inexperienced cashier in the commercial section and there were 10 customers ahead of me in line while several employees walked around and just glanced at the line and did nothing.

Placed an order on Monday to be picked up on Thursday. Order was not ready at pick up time and the store could not complete the order.

There was no help at this store, we purchased 3 toilets and asked for 3 employees for help to load them in my truck. Only honest response was from the first gentleman who said “we don’t have anyone here, try the employees at the other registers”. After waiting outside for quite sometime, it started to rain so I had my wife help me load them in the back of my truck. We are both in our 60’s. So much for customer service! Cashiers are quick to take your money and get you out of the store, but forget about helping customers.

Can't find anything because there is no one in the store knowledgeable. Missing products on shelves.
