All the aisls are well identified ; this makes it easier to find the product that you want. The employees wear uniforms and are easy to identify. They are always willing to help the customer to find what he or she wants. The variety and abundance of products helps in satisfying the customer needs.

Don’t know what they have done but man, what a difference! I would rather give birth than to go to Home Depot and this visit, was an entirely different story! Don’t know what they are piping in but everyone was friendly and smiling and Carlos greeted me and helped me proficiently.. didn’t talk down to me like a lot of the other men in the store, and the manager was happy and welcoming as well!

First time ordering a custom vanity top from Home Depot. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

The pro desk is always buzzing with contractors. I really enjoy picking up items from here, because even when i have to wait it is a family atmosphere. Staff know me well and make me feel welcome. Even helped me find my keys.. Thanks guys. Helen

You do not have enough checkers--you are working your employees hard and making your customers wait for no good reason--we have to be somewhere and our time is every bit as valuable as yours.

The lack of communication from your delivery people to the store and customer is unnaceptable. I bought a refrigerator for Mother's day (May the 9th) and was supposed to be delivered on May the 2nd. the date has been changed to the 12TH with no communication from the store employess or delivery employees. I had already made plans for the 2nd around the delivery of this item. I would have never found out that the date had been changed without consulting with me if I had not called.

I love the customer service and the environment as a whole.

Clean Neat Helpful Staff Quick and Easy Joyful Shopping

There were someone to greet you and check you out or needed assistance. I didn’t catch the name of the associate worker but it’s a team effort.

Never had any complaints at this store, it is a big store, the staff is "neighbor oriented". I hope the "flavor of the Country touch" is never replaced by "Metropolitan snobbery, attitude or indifference!"

Does not follow instructions. Hard to do business with as a commercial customer.

I found everything i was looking for

I drove over thirty minutes to buy a $500 grill. I also purchased a few other items. On checkout I left one of these items at the desk. I then had to wait over thirty minutes for someone to unlock the grills and help me load. These people were very nice, however I am disappointed the cashier did not radio to one of them that I had forgot an item. I returned home before realizing that I had left the product. I called to get a refund, but even though it was confirmed I left the product, they refused to give me a refund unless I returned in person. I spoke to Chris, the floor manager, and he chose to lecture me instead of helping to resolve the issue. His tone was degrading and was very infuriating. Ultimately after much persistence he agreed to refund me. After this experience I doubt to ever go back to Home Depot.

Employees are super rude. Anthony in pro services needs to find a different line of work- never met a retail person so rude or disrespectful to paying customers. As a home improvement professional, I won’t visit this location ever again. I’ll go across the highway and give the blue store my money.

Clean store and courteous staff!!

I'm a handicapped amputee and when I went to this particular Home Depot, I was assisted by an employee that went above and beyond to help me. I wish there were employees like her in Every store I shop. Nowadays when you ask a store employee for help, most of the time they're rushed and seemed bothered by your questions but this particular employee was so caring & informative w/ her help.

What really irks me is store managers who hire warm bodies to fill a company uniform who seem to go out of their way to poorly represent a store's philosophy about good customer service (should a philosophy exist, that is). When a customer isn't as important to the employee as the employee's personal cell phone, it makes me wonder if that activity is condoned by management. Surely others see this and report it; however, it continues. Those responsible for such behavior should be reminded their paycheck isn't a right, it's a privilege - one provided by others' doing business at their employers store. Employees: Avoid reaching for your phone to check texts after handing a customer the receipt (without even a grunt) and offer a word of thanks for their business. Management, this in on you!
