Of all the Home Depot stores I’ve shopped, this store is the best manage by far. People are always friendly and ready to help guide a customer. More important, if they do not have a skill to answer a question properly they find someone who can. This is unusual and to be commended.

This store is doing an excellent job during this pandemic. The bathroom was extremely clean, the staff welcomed me with a smile and kind greetings. Once I was done in the bathroom I went to the bathtubs and I was asked if I needed assistance. The employee noticed the tub I was going to purchase was damaged she obtained another employee and they retrieved one from the upper rafters and had it on my cart when I returned from finding other items. By far one of my best experiences in that store! The morning crew is usually more helpful than evening ones.

The store is really good, the staff is super friendly and you can find basically anything you need in the app before going so when you get there is super easy to navigate.

I visit Rosenberg Home depot as much as any Male. It is my go to store . The staff is accommodating, even it's very busy. The store is always neat and products are stocked.

There employees that were working on 3/1/2020 are awesome. We were looking at purchasing a Hedge Trimmer the female worker told us that a battery was not included. She told us that it would be better to get a battery kit because it comes with extra batteries and a charger; it would be a better deal instead of buying them individually. She also told us which aisle we could find this product and were exactly it was located.

If you are looking to remodel your home this is the place to go. Susan is the BEST!

You have some really bright stars that give excellent customer service.. but then the majority could not care less if a coustomer leaves satisfied.

Overall, have never had an issue with the store in general! The customer service, however, could definitely use some tweaking!

The store is great for all the right reasons except for scooters for disabled customers. They just don't have enough.

They Sold me a demo refrigerator and the sad thing I found out that after I throw my my refrigerator because of no space. My refrigerator was working great but we thought we can get fantasy one with good price. All my food wasted it And I have to throw because of their ignorance.

My expectations were low - its been hard in the past to find a human being to talk to at these big box stores- but times seem to have changed, because our customer service in the kitchen design department was outstanding
