Store employees are very helpful.

We had a great experience today at the Rosenberg TX location. Our cashier, Gwendolyn, was amazing. She’s the best cashier at this location.

Always a pleasure to shop at this store. Friendly staff, Well stocked. I even get my propane there!

Sadly they sold me a used piece of merchandise that was broken and I did not know it, I even paid for an extra warranty because it was an inflatable Christmas yard ornament that my son wanted dearly and we are less than a week away from Christmas I repaired it and it had been repaired before I got it... so I am very disappointed I paid full price for used item and a broken item. if it wasn't something you can not find anywhere right now..12 foot Santa and my son was not deleighted I had found it , I would never have repaired it and never have paid full price...what else is this store selling as new when its not?

Excellent customer service. I bought exactly what I wanted, and had an excellent shopping experience. My sales person was excellent.

And I base this solely on my experience with Ms Gwendolyn. She was such a delight to interact with, definitely need more like her throughout the HD organization.

I drove nearly an hour to pickup a purchased tool chest. The store had my name on one, which was already assembled. I requested a boxed tool chest, since it would be easier to transport and unload. They said they did not have any, yet I saw no one check inventory. The individual helping load the tool chest acted like he did not want to be at work and would not communicate as to what he was doing or how we would load the tool chest into my truck. He simply left me standing at the loading area for 15-20 minutes. During that time I noticed that the tool chest was missing assembly bolts, had no keys, and had no manufacturing paperwork. The employee returned and I told him it was not an acceptable product. He again left with no communication and was gone for another 10-15 minutes. At this point, I simply wanted my money refunded, which the store provided. I noticed that even though I had informed the store of the problem with this item, they simply placed the it back on the store floor for sale.

The sale cashier Gwendolyn is such a positive light and great representation of excellent customer service for the Home Depot brand! She displayed such a pleasant demeanor that rubbed off onto me after a long night at work I came into the store feeling low and left feeling so much better because of her attitude. Thank you Gwendolyn!

Excellent store and excellent service from the employees! The store was about to close and for thirty minutes Perry at Appliances, helped me to complete a complex transaction to deliver on time a fridge to my daughter at another town. Thanks again!

Absolutely loved my last two visits to this location. From the moment I entered I was greeted. David noticed I was looking through the lumber and offered to help me find the boards I needed. I was unable to access the boards so he handed them to me. David went above and beyond by being selective with each board. I did not have to ask. He just put himself in my place and understood what a customer would want. The week before, another employee Trey, had done something similar. I needed 10ft boards and was loading each one onto a cart. Trey came over to help me. Not only did he just lift and load, he took the initiative to ask how many I needed and searched through the stack to find straighter boards for my project. Each time David and Trey asked if I needed anything else. I know they had other tasks to finish, but they made me feel like the customer took priority. Both visits Kabria assisted with check out. Both times she was friendly and conversational. These employees made all the difference in my customer experience at my local Home Depot!

The store was great and all the associates were very helpful. The cashier Jacqueline was very helpful and friendly during my time checking out.

Associate was rude and refused to get a plumbing item off a shelf I couldn't reach. Eye level stock area was empty. She said she just cleaned that isle and wasn't going to open another box.

I needed help on some things and 4 different employees took me to the items I was looking for. The checker even offered to help load my items in my car. I saw 2 employees sweeping up the aisles. They had what I needed and I got in and out quickly.

Went in to this location for paint for my whole house. Took a paint sample brought it home and liked the color I chose. Went back and bought 30 gallons worth of the color that I though was the same as the sample I bought from Home Depot. (Paint Code from sample was given to Employee) long story short I show up to my house the next day and see that the paint was a completely different color. By this time half of my home was painted. Called my painter and have to pay $500 to repaint with the correct color based on a mistake that was made at Home Depot. I call the store immediately and request to speak with the manager by the name of “Elaine” she tells me to come to the store I mention to her I would be there in the next 30 mins. I get there before the time I mentioned and go to find out she had taken her lunch. waited for her about an hour and 20 minutes to have another manager tell me that “Elaine” is the only one that can help me. After waiting an additional 20-30 minutes that same “manager” comes out and tells me that they’ll give me new paint. GREAT!I’m thinking, if that’s the case why did I have to wait nearly 2 hours for her then. I continue to request Elaine another 2-3 times to be able to get her to understand the severity of the mistake done at the location. But, She never shows her face. As a manager part of your Job description is to unfortunately handle difficult situations. She didn’t do that for me. So for anyone that is seeking management help especially from Elaine at this location. Wish you the best. Mind you during Harvey my house flooded and I rebuilt my home with just about 70% of Home Depot products from this specific location spent tens of thousands of dollars there. Just to be treated as if my concerns weren’t important. Extremely disappointed in management in this location, and ended up costing me an additional $500 dollars out of my pocket.

People are what make the company and the team at the Home Depot in Richmond are exceptional. My wife and I are both Navy veterans and the team at the Rosenberg Home Depot always thanks us for our service and makes us feel truly appreciated. They truly exemplify what customer service is all about.

The store was nicely clean and Mr. Cano in paint dept is a great person. The paint dept. Is doing a great job. I personally love this store and it's employees.

I live in VA, but wanted to order flooring for property in TX. After calling the Rosenberg store for 25 minutes in which the flooring section never answered, I drove to the nearest local Home Depot in VA and asked them to contact the Rosenberg Store and find an associate to assist me. Unfortunately, the associate was a new employee and not sure how to take an order over the phone. It was a painful 45 minutes. I had the product model numbers available for three items, he just had to plug it in. He kept asking for assistance, but his co-workers were too busy to give him the guidance he needed. As painful as that was, the customer service manager (as she identified herself) that I spoke to after the transaction, was completely indifferent and sarcastic in her response.

I found the product I was looking for because I searched for it myself with minimal help. Employees here usually avoid eye contact or do not willfully ask if they can help you or if you need assistance. From the time I entered the store to the time I left I spoke with one employee, an assistant manager. I asked him where I could find ladders, he pointed me in the direction of where to find them. Not one employee including him asked if he could help me or if I needed assistance. Horrible customer service.

Could not find the item I was looking for! Ask the Pro Associate about it and he said they were out and that everybody was looking for it and that it was my problem. Ask for assistance loading and nobody came. Store was messy. Cashier Patti was friendly and helpful!

Store is clean and workers are freindly

Unfortunately this store sold me a USED $409 grill and I did not realize it til I got home. Grease stains from obvious food and a cooked smell. Manager wanted to do nothing to accommodate getting another assembled one to me until almost a week and a half later. Manager also refused to come speak with me stating she was busy. Guys who unloaded the grill heard my experience and said they were not surprised. Very poor customer skills. Too many Home Depot’s around. Will not be back.
