Assistant manager, Chris, was such a great help.

Tyler was an Associate in lawn and garden who happened to walk by us in flooring (we did not see a flooring Associate at that time). We needed to buy a substantial amount of flooring for our home renovation project. Tyler took care of us with a smile, quickly, and knew what he was doing! He walked us to some materials needed and even took us to Customer Service and checked us out. He then found a lift driver and personally helped get our 36 cases of flooring into the truck. He went above and beyond and we are telling everyone we see about our experience!!

Love this store. The employees are so quick to offer you help in finding your needs. If you have a question and they're not sure, they will find someone that does know the answer... Always had a great experience whenever I shopped there.

In an age that seems to find service largely absent, our experience in this store was stellar, in particular cudos to Heidi, Charlie and Quetta!

I have had multiple trips to this store in the past month as we are doing some home improvement projects. I have had great experiences with employees from the paint, tiling and door departments. Eric from doors has been extremely helpful and patient in helping us find the exact door we were looking for. Employees are friendly and go out of their way to help especially seeing I am a mom with her hands full! Recommend this store for your home improvement needs.

Typical of today’s retail experience. This store has some outstanding associates, but also some less than stellar. If you get one of the good ones you’re golden. If you don’t.... good luck!

We have been redoing our house for several years now. Project after project. The staff at Home Depot in Round Lake have always been very helpful.

Great employees!

Jordan did a incredible job. I was in painting section and Jordan helped me with all my questions. He walked around with me through each aisle informing about my project. I purchased a lot and opened a credit card. I had questions about credit card and he called the credit company to get answers. He helped bring my cart to the front of store when I had my hands full. I think your company should be aware of his great job. I took time out to write about Jordan cause he was that good.

You always have a cheery greeting when entering this store. The employees are knowledgeable and experienced. When we are working on a project at home, they can give helpful suggestions as to the right tool to use to complete the job. Some employees have gone above and beyond to help make sure we find the right item at the best price. There is a friendly gentelman at the paint counter who even engages you in conversation about cooking and life in general which shows he can do his job and enjoy customer relations at the same time.

I went in to Buy a Weber natural gas grill (which website stated they had 1) after 4 employees (2 of them Rae and Charles Owens) said "they only carry LP gas". Your associate (Afifa) took the extra step to look at the web site to verify what I had stated (it did say they had 1 in stock) another employee (Laura) came up and started looking at the back stock, while Rae and Charles continued to state "We only carry them in LP" after I was ready to leave and find a store that wanted to sell me a grill, Laura and Afifa found a total of 3 of them. You have 2 very good employees (Afifa and Laura) and two (Charles Owens and Rae) that really could care less about making a sale.
