It’s so easy to use and have a lot of power. I wash my deck, driveway and sidings of the house. They are clean.

Usually, everyone there is nice and polite

They don’t treat people with respect they’re the customers who spent a lot of money in their stores they follow them they’re not even doing their job they’re talking to each other when you ask for help they don’t want to help you’re too busy talking to each other. I will never shop there again. I should go to corporate for this one they discriminate against cultures, I would never shop there again ever they need to go to school for I’m training for a customer service and how to treat their customers better they’re gonna lose a lot of business

Jimmy, the store manager, is the most helpful and knowledgeable guy around and his employees all seem to be happy to be at work and clamoring to help you with your project. I am always impressed by how well this store is managed and its friendly employees.

Dan in the lumber department is a total professional is highly knowledgeable and is very customer friendly. It is my go to store for lumber and everything else for that matter. Great job Dan!

A knowledgeable and helpful employee named "Johnny O" was present in the aisle where I needed help, and I received truly exceptional levels of customer support from that patient and dedicated employee. Extra supplies were accessed by "Johnny O" using a tall ladder when I ran out of inventory on the lower shelves, and he did it all over again when I changed my mind about what I needed to purchase. I was provided with excellent advice, and a shopping cart when "Johnny O" noticed that I needed one.

Whenever I shop this store there is always someone willing to help out if I have a question or can’t find something.

Employees are so helpful, store has much bigger variety and options than Newton, this is definitely the best Home Depot in the county.

I brought three return items not used on my project back to the Roxbury store. I was expecting resistance because I did not have all receipts. Jill seemed busy, with a prior return, bot when she looked up and saw me, she called me right over. I told her that I was not in a hurry and she could finish, but she put it aside and focused on me. She completed the return of the item for which I had the receipt immediately. She then went onto the computer, found both remaining items and returned them on my card. All the while she was cheerful, competent, and courteous. It was the best Homedepot experience I have ever experienced. Because of Jill I am now loyal to the Roxbury store.

Art was so very helpful in finding exactly the correct replacement lighting item I needed and knew that it was on clearance, ( an extra bonus!!!), and brought it right to me!!!! Expert, Kind, Helpful Sales Associates like Art in the Roxbury store, should be recognized and rewarded for keeping us coming back to The Home Depot!!!!!!

Last year around this time I had purchased an LG wash-tower from Home Depot online. I was not ready for it yet, and had them deliver it to my garage. When it was time to install the beast, my friend and I were wheeling it into my house when the dolly broke...sending the machine crashing down into my driveway. The machine suffered a bad dent and some horrible scratches, and unfortunately since I had been the one to drop it, it was not covered by home depot or its delivery services. And, the only thing not covered by the warranty is scratches and dents! Me being an honest person, I called LG with my head in my hands. I fessed up to being the knucklehead to bust up the machine, and they were absolutely useless. Confounded by my honesty, they were absolutely baffled and couldn't understand what the heck I was asking for. All I wanted was the replacement part and a person to fix it for me. This was beyond the scope of LG's customer service. Again, absolutely useless. I called my local Home Depot and explained what had happened...they transferred me to a Joanne in appliances. I explained that I had caused the damage and I would pay for the part and the repair. Joanne immediately went to work for me, even though I hadn't purchased the appliance through this particular home depot. She made calls to LG, to Home Depot corporate and god only knows how many other departments...it took about two months of back and forth to several different agencies and help lines and low and behold, she got it done! All the while, she completely kept me in the loop, sending me updates and CC'd copies of her interactions with all the various departments and companies she had been in contact with. In the end, she was able to get LG to send me the replacement part, free of charge! She also helped me find a local company that would come and fix it for me. It was a great example of excellent customer service and I'm mad at my self for taking this long to share this experience. Joanne went above and beyond the call of duty, which is something that unfortunately seems so rare these days. Next time you need an appliance, don't hesitate to visit Succasunna, and be sure to ask for Joanne. You'll be in great hands! I know that the next time I'm in the market for a kitchen upgrade, she's my go-to person!

I have a medical condition that caused an issue and Doug at Customer Service was so patient and understanding and just a truly kind person. I appreciate the amount of time he took to help me and make sure that my issue was corrected.

I have been going to the Roxbury store for about 20 years - and it has been consistently great. To me, it's a gigantic store w/a small town feel - w/employees who take pride in their work - and who care about the customer. There's definitely a difference between Roxbury and other HD's that i've been to - though Stroudsburg is a close second.

If it were not for Carl in Succasunna I would definately not come back. HD should use Carl to teach the CSR on phone and in store how to do a professional and respectful interaction with a customer. This rating is based on Carl ONLY.
