Customer service here is above the standard for most other HDs I have shopped at. And this store tends to have a wider range of merchandise in stock than the other North NJ HD stores.

Great store to shop . I have shopped at other Home Depot but this store tops them all. A team of players that care about the customer Many of their employees there have been with the company over 20 years. That means something. They care and so does the Home Depot, otherwise they would have moved on to a better career.

I found the products I was looking for and the store employees were genuinely concerned about satisfying my needs . The store was very well organized and the cashiers wanted to make sure my needs were met . I most definitely recommend this store !

Bob Woldt, Pro Desk Manager, was on point. He really made me feel important. He went out of his way to resolve my issue and guide me through some additional benefits that HD has to offer.

This store is hands down the best Home Depot around! The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are completely reliable, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and go above and beyond to ensure that the customer leaves quickly and satisfied. Time and time again this store manages to go the extra mile and make me feel valued.

I truly enjoyed the visit at this location. From the greeting at the door right away to the attentive staff on the floor. I've will be visiting Succasunna location quite often. Experience in the employees is key, and they sure nailed it.

The service department did an outstanding job repairing my 20 plus year old snow thrower good for another 20 years.

How can a cashier be friendly when using self checkout? I guess since it was myself I'd say stellar... Also do it yourself means I don't need any orange aprons. On many occasions I've gotten items down using the ladders myself and even cut my own wire shelving. Employees seem un motivated except the ones at the self checkout which don't do anything.

I travel 20 minutes each way to come to this store as there is a select bunch of folks I absolutely love to work with. This time it was Marie and Debbie, they went above and beyond for me to get me what I needed and at the best price!!
