This was a great shopping experience. I’m not a home improvement store shopper and find shopping for hardware being a daunting task. The store associates not only made it fun to shop here, but resolved many of the issues I came in for. Thank you Jimmy (store manager), Katie (front of the store) and Mary Jean in custom blinds!!!

You have a project? They have everything you need from indoors to outdoors and then some!

The store was very clean! The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The store carries my favorite brand of paint and the employees in the paint dept. are very knowledgeable about paint. I find that to be extremely helpful as I always have questions. They had everything I needed for my painting project in stock. So no running around to different stores. There is always help at the self checkout if needed. Today I was looking to checkout and an employee flagged me over and did it for me. The employees really engage with the customers. Excellent customer service!! I will be back for all my home improvement needs.

My visit to the Home Depot in Roxbury was really great! Lots of good help from a nice capable woman named Mary Jean.

Great store. Ciean and organized Well stocked. .Staff was friendly and helpful. Good to shop during off hours you get extra staff to help and fast checkout!

Great store with exceptional customer service

Out of all the Morris County, NJ Home Depot stores this is far and away the most helpful and friendliest.

Clean, employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Items are easy to find.

Better then East Hanover NJ, but still has the same issues with inventory counts in the "system" not matching what is actually on the floor. Nothing worse than out of the way to a store that shows inventory, guy on phone say yep it's in inventory and you show up and there is none on the floor and they can't find it...but, "it's in the system."

I shop at Home Depot constantly. There's no place like it!

Employees were very willing to help and went so far as to take me to the aisle where the product I wanted to purchase was.

Horrible Cashier experience! Didn't wear mask over nose and did not wait for a customer response to receipt choices. When asked for assistance was not willing to help!! Paint department was superb!!!!!!

The more employees you have that are just like Debbie in Customer Service would make everyone want to shop at Home Depot!

If you've never shopped there, you're missing out. They have everything you need for that special project!

The Succasunna Home Depot has excellent customer service consistently! This is an amazing Home Depot. They are knowledgeable, friendly, patient, hardworking. The people that work here are wonderful.

I found the employees very helpful during my visit. But one gentleman in particular. I had a list of plumbing supplies I needed and knowing very little about what I was looking for, a wonderful employee named Don in the plumbing department helped me find everything I needed. I used to dread going to the " big stores" but after this experience, I will definitely go back !
