We attended Home Depot for the kids building program and not only was it super fun but they even had free hot dogs and the employees were very amazing with everyone! This kind of programs make a difference for all customers and keep bringing us back!

I bought faux wood blinds for my entire house

We have recently been in there because we've had some home projects and good luck trying to find anybody but a older gentleman named Jim. If you want to find anything, you better figure it out yourself. Because everybody that home Depot has hired knows nothing about nothing. They have a bunch of children over there playing on their phones and showing each other videos.

This is my neighbor store and everything I look for my small or big jobs around the house I can find them here!

I went to this Home Depot out of convenience and greatly regret it! If you must shop here watch out for Ashlynn she likes to have a smug attitude and do her best to make sure your shopping is as long as possible.

Ms. A is one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever encountered at Home Depot. She is truly a quality employee and representative of the company and deserves a raise and recognition for it.

There was a guy in hardware his name was Charlie who was most helpful. I always struggle trying to find the right nuts and bolts. He not only helped me out but taught me how to use the system so that in the future I would not have the same struggles. I really appreciate your time Charlie and I thank you for your patience.

Jimaji helped me a lot with the operations of the ladder I wanted to purchase. I hope I am saying his name correctly. I believe the other employees said he sticks at night but he was walking by and asked if I needed help .Tremayne and Lindsey were very helpful at the register not only helping me but several customers. Not a fan of self checkout. This location had no open cashier lanes available.

Plumbing experts, Jim was able to identify a shower Valve that had been reconfigured to a newer standard vise one built for a 1972 home. A Special tool was also available for the newer valve and Jim went over my work project and explained and answered all my questions and concerns. My go to Home Depot store.

As soon as I walked into this location, I'm greeted with a frown. I overlook it, thinking it's still early in day, maybe this employee has gotten off to a bad start. I look and locate the item I want to purchase, but need sales assistance to get it for me (theft prevention lock). I go to customer service, the young lady is working with a customer, so I wait in line. Another employee comes, looks at me, I say "hello" and she just stares at me for a second, and continues to give instructions to the young lady helping the customer about the cash the register, then walks off. As I'm still waiting, 3 more employees come by, not one of them acknowledged me standing there, no "hello" or "do you need help" nothing. After 25 minutes, the young lady finally get the customer taken care of and calls me up to the counter. I explain what I needed, she get on the intercom asking for assistance in the department I needed. 10 minutes passed, and here comes one of the employees from earlier that ignored me. I've never experienced service like this at any other location, and in my profession (electrician) I'm constantly in Home Depot at least 3 times a week. I definitely WILL NOT come back to this location, I'll just drive to the next one, or go to your competitor. End of rant.

As a female needed help with certain type nail... worker said they was OUT... I saw roll full of! Soo I looked & looked & found exactly what I needed!

Stroe is always a wreck. Always out of product. Staff starting with Store Manger avoids customers and acts inconvenienced if asked questions.

Employees have lost their knowledge of HD products and are just there for the money. Please look around at what you have before helping others.

Did two trips in 1 day to this location. Due to returning a water heater. Customer service was terrible during both trips will not visit this location frequently.

Rachel did such an amazing job. Above and beyond to help me. She went over my entire work order explaining everything. She made my day! She was patient and courteous. For the best experience I recommend Home Depot and Rachel to everyone

Just left HD in south Fort Worth, shopping for Halloween lights. Debbie and Kameka helped with the merchandise, special pricing and register. I can't remember the last time I was in any store and received this much help. Very grateful for their help.

My home depot gift card had a balance of $32.16 they only accepted $8.37. 2 managers, a coach and three other workers "helped" and no one fixed anything nor apologized.

My husband and I went to Home Depot on July 20th to purchase some fertilizer for my mom's yard and some upright fans for my mom. The visit was a success because we were able to purchase 4 upright fans and fertilizer for my mom without incident. We were in and out in no time.

Great store to get all your building materials. Friendly and helpful staff!

Yasmine, Meagan & Zac were amazing

My husband, small child and I waited 40 minutes for some bins to be retrieved for us. During this time I noticed a worker named Bet (aka Karen) was intently watching us. As we went to check out at the self check out she insisted on taking the clear bins from me. She stated, “This is too heavy to just be bins,” implying that I was stealing. After she searched the bins and found nothing she asked how many bins we had. I replied 3, she stated, “Looks more like 4.” After she counted only 3 she took our payment and walked off as our receipt was printing. She didn’t apologize for her accusations or even tell us to have a good day. I was humiliated. There was a long line of people behind us. I was very disturbed that she watched us the entire shopping experience and then wouldn’t let us proceed to the self checkout. She even ignored another customer who was trying to ask her a question as she was so focused on us. I will not be returning to Home Depot.
