I have boycotted this home depot in the past year especially the garden center. I stopped shopping this home depot over a year ago due to the cats and cat food sitting at the registers. Before this visit I personally witnessed a cat walk up to the sliding doors of the store and walk in. Most people have a fear of some sort and cats just happen to be mine. As I was checking out in garden cent sure enough in comes the cat to go under the registers. There was also two others in the back of garden. Once I was home I had received 4 bags of the wrong mulch and had to return. Once approaching the back wall of garden to get more mulch I was greeted by 2 more resident cats. I left the basket and I soon ran into an employee who graciously came to stand with me and she could see the fear, the tears and how upset I was to be experiencing this encounter. She empathized with my fear and helped. Thank you. I've shopped at this store for 11 years and sad to say Home Depot is losing a customer over a cat. Get rid of the cats and pet food. Home Depot is not an animal rescue and the fact that I'm not able to shop for items that I need is upsetting. Please address the animal issue as I have made several complaints on the issue in the past. The fact pet food is not sold at Home Depot and someone is bringing it in to feed the cats is disrespectful to the customer.

I’ve probably been more to this Home Depot than any in my life. Every time I’ve interacted with an employee they’ve been courteous and helpful. Whether making copies of my keys, buying a washer/dryer or a simple fan it’s been amazing every time I’ve needed help I’ve received it and when I need an item quickly I been able to look on the site for the location and it’s been current compared to other Home Depot’s I’ve been to in the past.

I went in just io inquire about a washer and dryer, but purchased it that day because the customer associate knew alot about the products.

My order was missing some items and the manager took the time to call people from the online department and others to make sure my issue was solve.

Awesome customer service, I would like to recognize Ms A for going above and beyond in helping us while we are checking out.

Cathy, Associate in Returns and Pick-up was more than helpful. I was able to get my orders without any hassle. Then she showed me where items that I was interested in were located, and I bought several items I was only thinking about. Associates as Cathy will help this store stay successful and open. She was GREAT!

Yeah I need people to stock your shelves and throw out all the empty boxes that are on the shells and lying on the floor. It wouldn't hurt to hire cashiers so everybody doesn't have to do self checkout.

The I-35 location exclusively has some the rudest staff available of any metropolitan store. Beware and expect to be treated like crap "every time" from getting yelled to being ignored common sense is out of the question here. A few good employees but over all their volume makes you unimportant

This is the only store that carried the sink drain that can actually fit my sink!! So glad that I stopped here!! I love my sink drainer.

The store was efficiently clean and organized. As for the associates they were very friendly and helpful when it came up for assistance needed. Home Depot is the store I could recommend to anyone.

I’ve ALWAYS encountered friendly and helpful associates and management at this location. I can’t say the same for other Home Depot stores in the area. After my experience on Saturday, June 26, 2021 - I’m sold!! Even though there’s another Home Depot store closer, this will be my new “local” store. Great customer service and friendly associates who appear to want to be at work is an experience well worth the extra miles/minutes!

This Home Depot is great! The people are friendly, Diane at contractor check out is always on her toes, very friendly, makes me feel welcome. Cynthia in pro services, is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile! Would be lost without this Home Depot and their staff.

Normally I do not do surveys, however JIM in the plumbing department at the South Fort Worth HOME Depot location was very professional he did a wonderful job in helping me locate a Faucet Valve Stem - this would have normally taken me a while to locate nor did I really know where the parts where for legacy faucet systems where. He helped me find the AMERICAN Standard 4Z-24H/C 10472E, he spent time on the computer and help me locate it and analyze the part and determine its fit. Awesome JOB JIM
