Yavitza and Alfonzo were extremely helpful this day and the day before while I was looking for a product. They were very patient and quickly helped me with my purchase.

Gail in Customer Service quickly assisted me with a situation that I just knew that I was going to have problems with. She was familiar with what I was talking about and efficiently made the necessary adjustments. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and was more than willing to help me. I must say that Melissa's greeting made me feel very welcome as I entered the store.

Melissa in Customer Service was great!!! She was very helpful and was quick to assist me in finding the product I needed. I was quickly checked out with a friendly attitude. I appreciate her efficiency and knowledge!!

Bob in Electronics saw a picture of what I wanted and immediately gave me the sheet that I needed to buy my merchandise. He even went to the front of the store to check with Judy to see that I had what I needed. Judy went and found it for me while Maria was helping me with another purchase that I was inquiring about. What team work!!!!! I wound up buying what I originally came for plus additional items I wanted. I love to shop here because you have excellent Associates. These 3 are great.

Jim in Plumbing knew exactly what parts I needed and helped me quickly to find what I wanted!! Maria and Judy in Customer Service were quick to assist me before and after the sale and I was very appreciative of their assistance. All 3 are top notch and make me happy to shop there.

Cathy, Customer Service Representative was very, very helpful, organized, and knowledgeable. I had estimated that it would take approximately 30 minutes, but she handled the situation so quickly, and I was pleased since I was very tired. YEH!!!! That's why this store is so great because the Sales Associates are more than willing to help.

Employees here are very helpful and direct you to the right direction or give information you may need.

Dale in Gardening saved me valuable time by taking me right to what I described for him even though they were aisles apart. Brenda and Maria in Customer Service made my visit even more enjoyable with their swift handling of my online order and the merchandise I bought in the store. They were wonderful.

Brenda and Raquel in Customer Service were extremely helpful and courteous in helping me find what I needed. They took extra time to help me determine the part that I needed. With my poor vision, they were able to help me discern what part I needed. and where it was.

If you are looking for flooring, carpet, tile, grout info...Please ask for Ms.Banneka (Ms.B)..she knows her produts... she is very efficient and patient.... No job is too hard for her to figure it out and assist with your purchase....

This store is packed with great people , from the Store Manager Scott and the ASM Justine the entire Pro Desk WOW and the Customer service Team just name them This Store is packed with a lot of Amazing people (,unlike the in grand prairie 360 south store number 8517 full of Lazy people even the store manager Lazy)

You are a very busy place. Other places (LOWES) are tidier, but do not feel welcoming. Keep up the great work and the friendliness of your people.
