They are organized and are keeping it clean to make customers feel safe and comfortable customer service are good but can use a little bit of patient, for customers. But they are very positive when it come to helping the customers out. I’d say they are trying to improve and be better, and they are hopefully they can keep it up.

Customer service staff are lack of knowledge and persistent, lack of flexibility.

Home depot have good people working for them I hope they keep up the good work and hiring good people that’s a place to go if you need something at Home Depot.

Anthony at the paint counter needs a BIG raise............ working paint counter alone and kicking bASS !!!

Richard in electrical is a genius. He gave the knowledge and tools necessary to set up electricity in my residence, and when I went back and him photos he said it looks great; that made me feel good coming from a professional.

there is no enforcement of masks at the door. I seen 6 people with no masks on inside and one of them was coughing all over and onto his hand and then touching items in the plumbing dept. And putting them back on the shelves.no enforcement of social distancing in the lines.managers name not on reciept nor does seem to care.

Assistant manager Ketan , Cashier Erica and Cynthia at Pro desk are the top of the line! Great store because of people like them!!

Cashier did not have good customer service skills, talked while ringing up my merchandise, charged my card twice did not try to check on other merch. When assisted outside employee threw my boxes in the car without checking to see if they were properly placed.

ALWAYS HELPFUL EMPLOYEES! CLEAN, WELL STOCKED, EASY TO FIND WHAT YOU NEED. I VISIT THIS STORE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK!!

I usually try to avoid this store. Cashiers are usually ok. But most of the other employees are hard to find, or act like you're bothering them if you need help. Customer service doesn't begin to compare to the White Settlement store.

Very clean, was able to grab what i needed and get in and out. During my walk to locate my items, 2 separate employees stopped to ask if i needed any help with anything, which was extremely nice of them as i know they were busy.

I have been doing business with this store since it opened. The employees at this store are never to busy to help me when i need information on a product.

I will give accolades to Eli at the front end/ self checkout. She was the ONY associate in the entire store to engage and have customer interaction. I walked the entire store passing employees that were too busy to make eye contact and realize I needed assistance. As I finished my transaction and was heading out the door, Eli greeted me.

Management and Store Associates are super. They wait on you and give you all kinds of help when needed. They do not pester you, but are readily available to assist you. The Associates in every department are really knowledgeable. Great people. Scott, Store Manager and Alfonzo, Head Cashier were very helpful. They solved our problem with some great advice. My wife was happy and this made me happy with their immediate solutions to our shopping problem. Great job! I shop there all the time because of the expert assistance I am given.

Customer service was great!!! Immediate attention from Management and Store Personnel was excellent and helped solve my problem without hesitation. Scott, Store Manager and Alfonzo, Head Cashier were instrumental in solving a situation that had proven to be a problem for me. They offered solutions that were very helpful very efficiently. They were very professional knowledgeable. My shopping experience was very positive and I was able to continue with my projects.

I have seen what a busy store looks like. This store was very slow. Went in for some nails and later needed a cart for some wall panels I decided to go ahead and purchase. Had to go back into the parking lot to find a cart and once I found the panels, they were not stocked and the few on the shelf were damaged. Took about 30 min to get help for what I needed.

I brought a new dish washer and small refig. Great prices during black Friday sale.

I always buy my appliances at home depot d/t cost and service. Installation is done when promised. No issues,.

My cashier Regine was pure customer service gold! Even at 10pm on Black Friday she was smiling and friendly. She meticulously walked me through the warranty registration procedures for my tool purchases in less than 15 seconds. Great job!

They always do a great Job on helping find items I need. They will always help me check out because i do not like using self check. Very clean store with lots og extra stock.

Employees were help full and check out was quick.

CINDY in electronics was great !!

Cindy was extremely helpful to me in finding an appliance. It was delivered in time and the technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All said it was a great experience and i highly recommend this store.
