I’m am renovation my home, I’m very happy with the help offered and products, be careful when ordering online, products are NOT as described, luckily it was better and worked out in my design with little adjustments.

Best store for Landscape/gardening needs.

Rickey was extremely helpful building a door quote and through the steps to get it measured and ordered. Price was amazing for a great product. Very pleased with the store.

I will come back to HD due to the service i got from garry or gary forgot how he spelled it but can’t forget the service i got

Alyssa, David, and Gabe at the customer service desk are more than awesome! They went above and beyond to help us with questions and selection.

When I had two broken appliances that I needed to replace, cashier Tori went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. This led to me having a great trip and I am satisfied with the replacements I got.

I am displeased with the Rheem hot water heater. FYI that needs to be passed on to your Associates. They need to ask the Customer about their network and devices. The EcoNet and devices only operates at 2.4Ghz. All my devices and network (Google Fiber) operate at 5Ghz only, which make the Wi-Fi function totally inoperable.

I would encourage anyone reading this review to strongly consider Alyssa for a raise in wages. She is the type of representative that encourages a positive shopping experience, and leaves a lasting beneficial feeling towards the store. If anyone is listening, please give that woman a raise. It's in the stores best interest!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Best Home Depot I've been in.

I was looking for an item that turned out to be on the bottom shelf, in the very back - way to far for me to reach it. A very helpful employee, LaToya, actually crawled into the shelf to retrieve my item. She was very friendly and helpful.

Great lumber dept and associate with long reddish hair was great at the radial arm saw.

As I was checking out through the self checkout, Kim walked me through applying my military discount (thank you Home Depot!). She was very helpful and patient.

Any associate i asked for help was very friendly and wanted to help me. Definitely will be coming back.

Pete and Brandon at the pro desk along with his team really are the best. They not only listen to your concerns but went out their ways and treat you like a family regardless of your race and gender. They really like helping people and love their jobs and it shows. Thanks Y’all!!

Mike in the keys area went over and above to help solve an issue i had with some locks. He showed me what I needed and how to use the product i needed in less than 5 mins.

I go to this HD often. They are some of the nicest people and we are very grateful. We truly appreciate Alyssa and Dustin and they are so easy to work with and seem genuinely honored to help.

After an online purchase would not complete, I went to this Home Depot in person to resolve the issue. The employees took the time to ensure everything was successfully complete, and did so with friendly professionalism. I will be a returning customer.

Purchased a new mower went to pickup not available BUT ALYSSA took great care of us and we ended up with a better mower for the same price. She was so helpful and just a nice person. 5 stars to her.

I just purchased a drainage pipe from Home Depot. I needed it cut in small lengths ranging from 3-1/2 inches long to 6 inches long. Greg and Mike in the Plumbing Department cut some 21 pieces of pipe for me with a hack saw. They took their time and did a great job. I'm using the pieces to make self-watering planters.

I had a complicated case. The employee was knowledgeable and patient. If you go see Alicia word!!!!

This Home Depot is a great place to shop! I’m renovating my 60’s bungalow home so I’m in this store almost every week. Every department has great products and the staff always helps me find what I need! Everyone is always friendly and I enjoy shopping here very much.

Michelle was very busy and took care of me with professionalism and great customer service. She acknowledged me while I was waiting and she greeted each customer as they arrived. She was by herself and got everyone serviced quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by Michelle and think she is an asset to Home Depot. I hope Management realizes this and treats her well.

This location seems to be very neat and setup in a fashion that I find what I need without help, but if help needed it is readily available and easily found. The personnel are great and I have never had a bad experience here.

The South Huntsville Home Depot is by far the nicest of the three in our area. It's like shopping at Publix in terms of friendly and helpful customer service, and there are always plenty of employees on hand. Two thumbs up!!!

The Young Woman in Garden, I think her name is Nichelle made my day a few weeks ago. I came in to get a hose and look at grills. I asked her a million questions and she even laughed at my Mom"Dad" Jokes. She helped me pick the perfect hose and had me rolling in laughter at her jokes. I liked 2 different grills so I wanted to come back with my husband a few hours later. When we came back Nichelle helped again, and we left with a great grill, charcoal, apple wood chips, and some of the seasonings from over by the grills. I will continue to come back as long as your store has employees like this young woman.

I have received wonderful Customer Service at Home Depot on South Parkway. Employees didn't shy away from me and were always willing to answer any questions I had. They were well informed as well as extremely polite.
