South Parkway Home Depot is well stocked, very clean and provides great customer service.

Large project that required several departments. All were extremely helpful and gave me personal attention. The store was clean and easy to find things that I needed. Check out was fast and use of the Home Depot card was very helpful.

I found all the products I needed for my kitchen renovation. Each time I went into the store, I was greeted promptly with a helpful attitude.

Sales assocciate Pivot was extremely cordial and helpful to us; he was very generous with his time and efforts to make sure our shopping experience was as good as it could possible be.

Great place to shop. Staff is cheerful and always willing to help. They will even stop a task they are in the middle of working on to help you find an item you are looking for. The store is clean, well stocked and well staffed.

Ms. Joy at self-checkout is a very pleasant person. I shop here so often, I rarely need assistance in finding what I need, but when I do, they are are always more than willing to help. But, Ms. Joy caught me a little off-guard today. I had set all my items out of the cart @ self-checkout, moving the cart to get ready to scan, and Ms. Joy jumped in behind my cart and started scanning my items. I was not expecting this at all, but was very humbled by her generosity, friendliness and courtesy; we need more people like her in our society. I am very appreciative of her, she even made sure I got my veteran/military discount by asking if I was a veteran. I usually forget, but, like my wife, she reminded me. Super nice person!

Store always clean and well organized, employees go out of their way to assist you

The friendly folks at this Home Depot are always willing to help! Even the most bizarre problems are solved with th assistance of knowledgeable and creative folks willing to listen and brainstorm ideas. We even found a way to make a hoop skirt from some ice maker tubing. Whether it’s a genuine home improvement or repair, or a crafting conundrum the Home Depot folks are always there for us.

Ver friendly and helpful

We like this Home Depot location, though we have heard rumors that it will be closed or moved elsewhere. We hope that is not so! We find the atmosphere of the store, the general friendliness of staff, &c. to be a regular draw for us for our various project needs, relatively close to our home. The next store is quite a ways from us. The quality & variety of raw wood found here is impressive. The nursery is also very good, with a wide range of plants & garden supplies.

MeLisa in Customer Relations is a jewel. Unfortunately, she has no control over John or Wes at Affordable Appliance, Home Depot's "installers of kitchen appliances. I bought a Bosch microwave which has nothing in its online literature about a T plug. When the "installers" came they said they don't do electrical work and left. In the end I was charged $25 to haul away the old microwave and $55 for the trip. I bought a T receptacle at Home Depot and got a licensed electrician to put it in and put shims in. That's I recommend that you should do too, instead of signing up for Home Depot's charge of $129 for "installation. MeLisa had 3 other Home Depot contractors call me who could do electrical work, but after a day for delivery and a day for the "installers", I did not want to schedule another Home Depot person for electrical work and then have a fourth day with the Affordable Appliance "installers" . Bottom line, MeLisa is great with customer relations, but use a real installer for installation.

Come on in to home Depot for your home improvements and visit the very friendly people there.

I stop at this Home Depot a lot and always find the things I need. The associates are friendly and kind in helping with things I need help with. The store is always clean and organized.

A fine business to have in our community where the employees take care of you in finding what you are looking for and or help with recommendations on what would work best for a your project. Usually, the prices are comparable with other home improvement stores and hardware stores. If I need to return some item that is the wrong selection for what I needed, then it is easy to return and go get what is the correct size or whatever. Thanks for keeping the store in our neighborhood.

Nancy in the garden department was extremely helpful.

Store has great prices and services. The employees are always in a good mood and ready to help and/or will find the knowledgeable employee to answer any question they don't have specific knowledge of. Sometimes I come in and ask more questions on a specific project I am working on like the renovation of the den bathroom at this time. They are always helping. Ron, Jim, Mary, and several others have helped many times through the recent years. Can usually find products I am looking for but have asked for help on occasion. Usually, that is some small item not readily seen. Store is always clean with the floor clear of anything. Never worry about stumbling on anything. Shelves are organized and have the correct items in the correct bins or locations. Great resource for our part of the city.

Yes if you know where the item is that you want...NO!!....If you ask a store employee where a specific item is and they wave their hand towards the back of the store and walk off..

Just like most Home Depot’s, they have great selection and customer service. This particular location needs younger employees that are willing to work and liven up the place a bit.

The store employees are always helpful and friendly. They never act like you are bothering them and I have yet to see one on their phone unless its a store person paging them. They always do their best to help and if they cannot help with what you are looking for or answer your question they find someone who will.

Customer Service was terrible. We needed to return an LED light because of a broken lens. We walked through the entry doors and arrived at the counter where returns are handled. After a few minutes, I asked the customer service person if we needed to come around the counter. He said yes, without turning around, that we needed to come around because he was the only one working so he can't work all the desks. We offered that it would be nice if he turned around to tell us instead of having us wait. He replied that he doesn't tell people to come around because he would have to do that all day. Terrible attitude.
