I found what I needed on February 24, 2021, Got great assistance from Jay loading heavy cinder blocks and pavers onto my cart in the store and from Jay (same Jay) and Durell loading it into my car, Kayla was very efficient and diligent at the cash register when she looked up prices (no bar codes on cinder blocks and pavers) because she asked me to verify the prices she pulled up on her screen. Javonne brought a broom and helped brush clean the dust off the cinder blocks and pavers. All these kids were polite, friendly, efficient, happy, and kind! They made my trip easy and I enjoyed their company.

Sean and Jeff in the equipment rental area are particularly helpful.

Very courteous and professional staff. I highly recommend both the South Parkway and North Parkway locations. The management team must do an excellent job training and setting the staff expectations.

I have decided to make this Home Depot my "go to" store. It is very clean and people are helpful. I'll just have to shop some more to learn the layout better. Even when I didn't know where something was, a salesperson would offer to help me....even walk me there if I needed it!!

Your associate Bud was particularly helpful. The only problem we had was that there were no 36" range hoods in stock.

Friendly staff. Well stocked and clean, but an alarming and unacceptable level of non-compliance of enforcing customers to wear a face (mouth AND nose) covering as is mandated at all entrances. About 20% of customers had NO mask at all, or mask pulled under-nose during one of the most deadly surges of COVID 19 infections in Alabama. Staff were indifferent or non-willing to enforce mask compliance when I asked about the policies. I can not shop here because the risk of contracting COVID is too high--brought on by a selfish, ignorant, defiant, and reckless percentage of customers.

Melissa in the appliance, floor department is very knowledgeable and an asset to the company.

Love shopping here when I have time to go up every isle--slow.

SATURDAY EVENING -- ALMOST CLOSING TOO -- MY WIFE AND I WENT TO PURCHASE A MICROWAVE. THE DISPLAY MODEL BOX WAS DENTED IN NUMEROUS PLACES SO I FOUND A YOUNG MAN (HUNTER) WHO WAS WILLING TO ASSIST US. HE GOT A LIFT, RETRIEVED THE OVEN FROM THE TOP SHELF (EVEN DUSTED THE BOX OFF), FOUND US A CART, AND STOOD BY WHILE WE PAID SO HE COULD PUT IT IN THE TRUNK OF OUR CAR. THIS STORE IS NOT THE CLOSEST TO OUR HOUSE BUT BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE IT IS OUR STORE OF CHOICE.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and asked if I needed help. I didn't even get eye contact, completely ignored. He was assisting a man. To make the experience worse, I go to check out at customer service and wait and wait and finally get to cashier. I notice a man gets in line behind me and immediately another employee opens another register for them, no wait. What am I invisible because I am a single woman?

As soon as I walked into my aisle I was asked if I needed assistance (I did!) Two employees helped me to find exactly what I needed and in the quantity I needed! They were friendly & helpful! I was so thankful! and the Check out girl was amazing and upbeat and helpful! Great Experience! I was in & out! Will definitely shop there again!!

Amazing store. Great employees, always willing to help, or find someone who can. Great prices. They’ve got everything you need, and if they don’t, you can order to store. This has become my new home improvement store.

The store always greets me when I come in and ask if they can help me find what I'm looking for. The personnel on the floor will always ask if they can help me. If it is not their department then they find the personnel and send to assist me.

All the employees in wood, garden and insect prevention areas have been very helpful in providing guidance and assisting my family members in their home projects. Very nice team and very helpful group in garden and lumbar departments. Special kudos to the cabinet older bearded gentleman for helping us design our extended kitchen area. Very very patient fellow and knowledgeable of which appliances to go where.

The associates at this store are terrific. They are cheerful and eager to help. That means a lot to me and is the reason I choose to shop here.

Michele in paint was exceptional. I provided the wrong letter code for some BEHR Marquee paint. After she mixed it I realized the mistake. She corrected it and gave me the right paint with no complaints. Great employee!
