I had a great experience with Lawrence in the paint department, who helped me refill a custom blend of Behr Marquee satin that matches my stucco. He's my go-to guy in paint and I highly recommend his brand of customer service. Very polite, very efficient.

We were very happy with the help we received from Claudia. She has a lot of experience with kitchen design, offers great ideas, and is patient with customers.

Ann0669 provided excellent service. She ordered the grill and had it brought up. She arranged for it to be assembled and explained when and how I would get it.

I was buying paint brushes and some were in the wrong area and several $s more than I expected. It was handled by 2 great employees at Home Depot!

I like going to home depot because the workers are helpful at finding what we need. If they can't find it, they find someone to help or give recommendations. Cashiers are helpful too. Theresa and Laura always help me.

This is one of the best Home Depots for customer service and professional staff I have shopped at.

Forget about getting any real help at the Santa Fe,NM store, because if you can get an employee to break up his/her personal conversation with another employee, that employee doesn’t know where anything is located. This store is a black hole of knowledge.

I needed to buy a cordless circular saw and did not know which one to get but Jesus helped me sort it all out. He is highly competent, friendly, and helpful and is a shining example of why I prefer shopping at Home Depot.

Today I went to buy an item and unfortunately I was charged more than the sign said. There were many of the same item at one place. The employee Coral was very rude and had the worst customer service at the return desk. She was so bothered because i brought this to her attention. When i ask for a manager she rolled her eyes and said she would just refund the difference. In the middle of our transaction she decided to pick up a phone call and start helping someone else. Even though there was 4 other client waiting before the phone rang. She has the worst service!!

All of the employees at this Home Depot are hard workers and did an excellent job in assisting us with questions and suggestions. A shout out to:Joseph,Vernon,Dustin, Aaliyah & Ashley. Great job!

We were fortunate to meet up with Brian who went far above any customer service we have experienced since moving here. We will always go back to your store because every employee we encountered was extremely kind and went out of there way to help us find what we needed. Customer service has become just a word but was really shown on today's shopping trip. Thank you and please thank your employees. Again Brian gets an A+ 100% and we shall tell everyone how great our experience was.

The absolute worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. First off, I waited over 40 minutes for an associate to cut me one pair of blinds, even after being paged over the intercom 3 times. I witnessed an employee whom appeared to be under the influence of marijuana argue with a customer. I then witnessed an elderly gentleman ask an associate what isle something was on. The associate replied with and I quote “ I’m on lunch and have to use the restroom, ask someone else. I’ve never experienced such rude associates at a store ever. I was embarrassed for the store manager how they acted. I will not be back.

I recently had an experience with customer service that left a bad taste in my mouth. The employee who was assisting me with my online order return wasn't as professional as I had hoped for. I overheard them making a rather unpleasant comment about my order to another staff member at the next register, which was quite off-putting. It's important for staff to remain respectful and courteous, regardless of their personal opinions about customers' purchases. The encounter certainly tarnished my experience and I hope this feedback can contribute to improving the service.

I had a list of specific things I was shopping for, With the help of the stores associates I found everything except Lawn Chair Webbing which the store does not carry. The associate looked under several different item names but was unable to find any.

Most of staff is rude and don't want to help the customers. They rather talk to each other and ignore the customers standing in front of them

I found everything I was looking for here and the Staff are very Knowledgeable.

We went to a competitor first to buy a new refrigerator. After twenty minutes of trying to find someone to help us alongside six other unhappy couples, we went to Home Depot where we were helped immediately, knowledgeably, and efficiently. As we left, another couple we had seen at the competitor arrived after having waited 45 minutes at the other guy. Still no one had shown up. I’ll stick with Home Depot moving forward.

I was willing to try electric lawnmower and tried it. Seems to work as well as a Gas Mower at least on the first day of use

I generally do not get answers I need in the store but today I did and I was thankful for the advice. It worked out perfectly. Thank you.

Sometimes the store seems understaffed and frustrated.todqy was the polar opposite. A helper named Sergio was friendly and helpful and a real uplift. I'll come back.

This past Sunday I purchased Henry 887 Tropi-Cool Tan 4.75 Gal silicone roof coating...$395. I was denied my veteran's discount (10%) due to the store wifi not working to provide my "virtual ID" for scanning at cashier. Make sure you pull it up on your device prior to entering the store.

I'm in & out of Home D fairly regularly because they always have stuff I want. The consistent quality of friendly customer service is a bonus.
