I generally do most of ho,me improvements with supplies I buy from Home Depot. They tend to carry a decent collection, however the Santa Fe store on Cerrillos Road is far too understaffed. PLEASE RAISE YOUR WAGES and attract more staff and knowledgeable staff.

The store is clean, well stocked and helpful, especially if you need help getting things to your car.

A few of the products I wanted were out of stock, even though their website said they had them. In addition to that, when I went there to specifically buy a combo kit as a present for someone the entire tool aisle was closed. The store closes at 10pm, but apparently their entire tool aisle closes sometime before 8m when I arrived. Why have a HARDWARE store open if I can buy the wood but not the tools to do anything with it?

Customer service here sucks! Wasted 2 hours just to pick up a kitchen faucet

Though there is an economic slowdown, this particular store seems to be horribly mismanaged. There is a huge disconnect between what they claim is in stock online and what's actually available. This particular store seems to stock much less than competing stores, or even other Home Depots.

I have shopped your stores in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Amarillo. Waxahatchie and others I do not readily remember. The Santa Fe store does not equal the service & stocked items that the other stores have. So, to answer the question at the bottom of my receipt, NO YOU DID NOT NAIL IT.

Santa Fe home Depot employees have been very helpful to me through my many visits especially during pandemic. They have helped a novice with much needed help to get small projects accomplished. I am grateful.

Bought two door that compliment well together and I found them at Home Depot Santa Fe .

I had a hard time finding sockets, wrenches and other items because of very low stock. Online product availability was wrong in quantities. Store was clean, people seemed friendly but was not thanked or greeted.

This Home Depot Store has no curb appeal.

I always know I will find what I need here, and the store is well-stocked and mostly well-organized. Staff are present and helpful. Much better than the alternative big box home improvement company.

If you can find Dawni or Paige you might actually get some help in this disaster area of a big box.

I have had to totally gut my condo and am in the process of totally remodeling it. HD is doing windows, doors, countertops. This one stop concept of remodeling has saved my sanity and provided needed guidance along my journey. I sincerely don't know what I would have done without them! They have been my savior!

David, who is the supervisor of Electrical and two other departments went out of his way to help me with rekeying a lock in the Hardware Department.

My husband and I got help right away. Service was fast and smart...we were buying a stove.

I was in desperate need of getting a 4 by 4 by 8 cut into four pieces - absolutely needed it the day I went in the store. Ernesto made sure he got this cut for me - it was not an easy task because the saw was down, but he made it happen. I am so grateful Such great servcie.

I came into Home Depot to purchase a couple of things, I was greeted by employees throughout the store, and check out time was quick and efficient.

Lumber was the best survives we got. Cashier was rude yelled at a veteran for not knowing the new military discount policy, got told to go get a cart pusher before they came in. The one with red mask told us he didn't want to do it.

We are always in need of Pellets as we live up north. We always find the "Heaters" brand which we love. We also recently purchased the Toro Electric Snow Blower and it was awesome. It cleaned effiecently and a tough little machine for the price.

Couldn't find something after looking up the location on the website, so my husband asked a lady employee who told him it's not her department so she wasn't going to help him. She was a total b word to him, then pointed him in the wrong direction anyway.
