Very friendly and helpful employees.

Very happy with the dewalt piwer tool I’ve bought from here.

I was having difficulty loading some sheets of 4'x8' drywall and an associate noticed I was having a difficult time loading my cart. They immediately assisted me in loading my cart. This customer service was so much appreciated. I offered to give him a tip but he declined. I wish I could ahve given him a gift certificate or something to show my appreciation.

I have bought other things here and have been satisified

A employee started a fight with my friend who is handicapped he has a prosthetic leg. The employee then told my friend and business partner that he would rip his prosthetic leg off and beat him with it. Then he began charging at him to attack him and was injured during the process. We own a business in Santa Fe (AK SEPTIC&INSTALLATION) we’re there all the time. Every time it gets worse. Employees have no respect at this Home Depot

Shanita’s friendly approach to helping me was very pleasant.

We had a complicated and large appliance order and Kim was amazing!! She spent time ensuring we understood the installation requirements and each appliances dimensions. She even caught some errors we had made in selecting colors. Kudos to Kim!

Overall the store is nice to shop in but it would be an improvement to have sales associates on the floor and available to help the customers. Having the shelves well stocked and prices visible would also improve the shopping experience .

The employees at the front lobby by the self checkout they are super rude they don’t like there job, they don’t help us plus one of them started yelling at me is very unprofessional she sure be fire for not doing her job properly.

The employees at the service desk and at the contractors desk are always friendly and helpful.

The associates in the design center are great.

I shop home depot on a regular basis and most of the times I've shopped there, all was good! Sometimes I don't find what I'm looking for, or it's out of stock, that is the only set back I encounter sometimes, but besides that everything else is good, employees, customer service, Etc.

The service is excellent, the care the representitives are very caring in their service!!!!

Friendly and helpfull

Poor customer service is the norm at this specific store in the more than ten trips here that I’ve made. Curbside pickup is fast but if the supply is limited on the item you want to pick up, you may find that the charge goes thru but then couple of hours later, you receive email that it’s unavailable. Unfortunately, if you use a gift card, it will then take more than 2 weeks to get refund via mail, despite calls to customer service.

I paid for a special order which later they told me was not available and offered to refund after I had to wait a week

seem like the store has every thing you need, and great workers that know the store well and know exactly where things are at the store

A couple of weeks ago we went in on a Sunday afternoon. I was trying to get some tile for my brother since he was in the middle of a job and ran out. I went to Home Depot and everyone I asked for help from said this is not my area let me call someone. I never heard on the intercom not even once, requesting that some one go to tile area. I asked 6 people not one bothered at all, they just said they would. Finally this man asked me if I was ok, I looked mad by this time. I explained to him and he said he had just clocked out but he said let me look, he took time, his personal time and helped me out. After about 20 min or so when we found what we were looking for I asked his name. I really would like to give him a great big THANKS for everything he did to help me. I don't remember his first name but it was a very common name but I do remember his last name was Hickey. Please make sure he is commended, he helped me when everyone else wouldn't and considering he had already clocked out and still helped me. Very nice guy and if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have received any help.

Very poor customer service. On the phone once for 15 minutes and than again on the half an hour without anyone answering the phone. I still don't know when my microwave will arrive since it should have been in on 4/3/21.

Like everyone else this Home Depot needs good help. Many departments have no one to provide help in parts or general how to. Recommendations for this store is pretty much the only store in area that covers all. They are really having a tuff time in Santa Fe. like others they are having stocking problem. I sure hope the ending of the virus will help this store, it sure has taken a toll on it.

I'm thankful that we have such a great store like Home Depot in our area. I like all the products available.

The return process is exemplary in this store. Home Depot has done a lot to change the entry point for returns. The contrast in comparison to the other big box competitor is stark. (I had been to both of these stores minutes apart on the same day). Home Depots new way of lining up for returns is effective, friendly, WARM, less intimidating, and a welcome change.

Every staff member I needed information from was eager to steer me in the right direction. And Leah, at checkout was absolutely amazing. She suggested applying fir a Home Depot credit card. I did and $50.00 was taken off my total.

Better selection than Lowe’s. However, customer service is disappointing.

Lines are too long to enter the store. It's about time the CEO of Home depot begin to call out phony Government interference in our shopping experience. Covid baloney! No one should need to wait 15 min. outside in the winter to enter the store and then find out that the items you needed are not in stock.
