Tom A. Is super helpful. For a gentleman of his age he is willing to go the extra mile to help. He is what this nation was built on. I had very little to no help inside the store but when it came time to load of 25 bags of mulch and 50lb bags of sand, I couldn’t believe my eyes when this guy snapped into motion while young employees literally sat and watched him load up my truck. I was pretty agitated at my experience until Tom A. came to the rescue. As a woman in my forties less than a month out of back surgery, I’m so incredibly grateful. Tom A. You’re a rockstar!!

SCOTTSBLUFF Store #3210, we drive 40 minutes to come to Home Depot we look on line for things WE NEED to be in stock and sometimes purchase online for pick up. It is 50/50 if item is ready when we arrive. Customer service is hit & miss at best, so we try REALLY hard to get all info etc before coming when we get a good employee we let them know how much we appreciate their help. Store is sometimes chaotic when finding items site says are in stock, employees seem to hate to look for it and generally just say we don't have any (even though you literally just looked it up on line) so either inventory is not updating properly or employees hate their job. Customer service work is HARD and even the best get disgruntled by customers who can not be made happy no matter what but when your initial attitude is always NO you are the one who suffers because you've allowed others to dictate your happiness at a job YOU choose to do.

VERY RUDE cashier named Roni. Have never experienced such an unprofessional “customer service representative” ever. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere, as spending your hard earned money in there is such an inconvenience for some

The only reason for the four stars instead of a perfect five star was the lady at the service deck was very reluctant to help. Like she wasn’t there to help make a sale. The gentleman that assisted me in finding the one item they did have was excellent and went out of his way. The lady at checkout was very friendly as well but that service deck lady has a lot of room for customer service improvement!

Everyone was helpful & friendly. You all made shopping easy, educational and stress free. I was in the paint section, lumber, keys, and customer service. I had many small projects planned and being alone to do each of these I was nervous. All of you helped make my projects a success! Thank you all.

This store along with its associates is very professional and helpful. The Smart Tiles and counter top refinishing kit(s) along with the cabinet refinishing paints and kits were amazing and easy to work with. (follow the instructions and be patient) Very durable and the finished look is outstanding. A good variety of colors to choose from. I truly would recommend these products and will use again on other home projects.

I passed by at least 6 employees in the very short time I was in the store, not a single one even said hi. As I tried to check out at the customer service desk, there were 4 associates in the near by location that I could see and no one at the service counter. 1 employee very rudely told me that it would be 5 minutes as they were checking in an order and told me to go check out at the other cashiers. I went to the other side of the store to check out and the associates were too busy talking to even help so I checked myself out. I easily could have walked out with all merchandise without paying because no one would even take the time to help me check out. I also run a business and I teach my employees the customer always comes first; the order will still be there to be checked in after you take 30 seconds to help a customer pay for their items. As a loyal pro-rewards customer I'm extremely disappointed in the way this store has turned with customer service being their least priority. It has become quite a hassle to shop here.

Store always let me bring my little dog in, so I do most of my shopping there.

The Home Depot Scottsbluff store has an excellent staff and it was a pleasure to purchase our min-refrigerator there. Highly recommend the store for its friendly knowledgeable staff to help one in their shopping.

I went to the store with a plan to buy windows and doors and a few other products I needed for a small renovation. I was actually clueless to what it all entailed until I spoke to the people in the store. They were so helpful that my shopping experience was awesome. Every employee from the cashier to the manager were beyond helpful. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back to this store with extreme confidence in the future.
