i would like to caution customers that is they are buying carpet and want to use the home depot install provider to be aware. Hom Solutions was one of the worst companies i have ever worked with. they canceled the first install date and from then on it was one thing after another. we bought the carpet in mid may or earlier and just now had it installed on july 30. i must say though that the two men who came to install were excellent and very pleasant to work with.

Maria in the washers and dryers section of the store was very helpful (so was her trainee Sean that day). I also got some great discounts.

Clean neat and organized, always a good experience and a very professional staff. I have found that most things in stock and what hisnt has been delivered in professional and timely manner. Excellent!!!

The store is what it is just another big box store. My problem was with incompetent personnel l ordered a new freezer, payed cash and was informed that it would be 7 to 10 days. After 8 days I called store for a up date thats when the old " It will be here tomorrow " started the store neaver called with an up date on delivery l called the store 4 times and after 22 days l canceled the order.

Love the store they have everything I need or want.

Employees are more friendly and helpful here. They go above and beyond. That's the kind of service people want, if you ask me. But is lacking in the world. More often than not i am disappointed in service these days. So it was so refreshing to shop here. Will definatly be going back!

The sales people are in desperate need of training! We were told things that weren’t true, discriminated against, lied to and given horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE! The management doesn’t seem to be very concerned about the way their sales people treat customers. I believe the reason is that it is impossible to contact anyone at corporate. If a customer was able to contact someone in Upper Corporate Management, beyond the store level, I believe there would be a dramatic improvement in customer service.

The store was a very nice place to shop with a very caring clerk helping us and answering our questions.

Menards is semi-legendary in this community for draconian measures of handling their employees. I avoid them, if at all possible, as a result. Their checkout also exerts a significant negative pressure.

Everything was done as stated. The employees followed through on their word. I never felt pressure in any way and they were most accomadating in every way.

We were looking for a new appliance and wandered just a bit to pick out the one we wanted. We were helped within 10 min of entering the appliance section by a very friendly and helpful young woman. She answered all of our questions and was so efficient. We left the store within 30 minutes. It was a wonderful experience and we are awaiting our new freezer to be delivered this week.

This was the first time I had been in this store and had a great experience. When I entered the store I walked past an associate and he stopped what he was doing (stocking shelves) and asked me if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and he walked over half way across the store to the item I was looking to purchase. Then he walked with me to the section with the hardware that I needed. It would have taken me forever to find these things. I wish I had gotten his name and referenced him in the review. I then went to checkout and the lady at the register was also very good at her job. There was no item number on the product so she got crafty and somehow found it through the computer. Then I was asked if I wanted to apply for the credit card so I did and saved $25.00 on my purchase. THANKS ALL!

This store is always clean and has what we need but what really impresses me is the people. We have worked with people in the carpet and paint department and they are exceptional. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to help and get answers for you. Well done!

Store is always clean. Employees (many of them Veterans) are always helpful and go out of their way to help. They greet you at the door and don't stop helping you until everything is loaded into your vehicle. I'll gladly pay a little bit more because the materials are high quality and the staff treats you right.

We always get great service by all the employees at this store, whether we need lumber, flooring, lighting or appliances. We have been satisfied customers since moving to this area years ago. We always shop Home Depot first.

I received wonderful service from the appliance department here. We had to spend time researching online to fine a replacement for my built-in microwave. The associate was very helpful and friendly.

This store is very un-cluttered, clean, and accessible. The employees are above and beyond what a person would expect. Special kudos to Robert Regester, who can turn your bad day into a good one.......what a personality!

I will recommend this store if Ken helps. I will not recommend it if you order items to be picked up. They can't tell the difference between 1/2" and 5/8" plywood. After a friend picked up my order and drove 2 hours to deliver it, it was wrong and the only way to fix it is to drive back 2 hours and get it myself.
