When walking into the store, a friendly face is usually there to greet you and ask if you need any assistance. The store is neat and clean and it is easy to find everything. At times when I didn't know where to find something, someone was able to help me. The aisles are not crowded and it is easy to get around with large items. I'm glad we have this option for shopping in our town.

Home Depot stores are my favorite, but this one is exceptional. We are new to the area and they helped us find everything we needed for our projects and helped us find a place that carries an item in the local area that Home Depot does not carry. This was on a Sunday when they were busy, but they still took the time to help us find everything we needed for our home repairs. Their people are their biggest asset at the Scottsbluff store.

We went to the paint department and Javier matched our paint sample! He did a much better than our local hardware store whose effort to match the paint was way off! Home Depot matched our paint and we left very pleased with the result. I also picked up a couple of additional painting supplies to help finish my project. It's all at Home Depot and the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful!

Employees know where items are located, answer questions that I had about their products, and treated me in a friendly, professional manner.

The staff is the winning prize at this Home Depot! They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. It makes all the difference compared to another big box store in town. I say, "Shop at Home Depot!"
