Needed help to load product and nobody came to help finally another customer took the time to help.

Forget the stereotype about impersonal big-box stores! The staff at my local Home Depot are incredibly helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist customers, and I always leave feeling satisfied, informed, and with more than I expected.

Omg. Dustin and Ross were exceptional help when we were installing flooring in our home this Spring. Mike in painting is ALWAYS helpful beyond expectations. The self checkout team are great...especially Lynda and Scot. We are so lucky to have a Home Depot in our town!

I had a good experience working with an employee named Landon in the lighting department. He was knowledgeable and presented options to my project and knew where to get each hardware option he presented. He was also knowledgeable about other materials and what isle they were in other than lighting.

The check out stand had an error where it froze every time the "do you want cash back" option came up. The sales reps came to help but were very aware of the problem and said that it happens all the time. And that they report it all the time and no one does anything to fix it.

I recently moved to this area and have had wonderful service at this store. Instore purchase, online with home delivery and even a phone order. Staff are courteous and helpful.

I am a first time shopper with Home Depot. In the last couple of weeks, I have spent about $4000.00 in the Sequim store. I was giving multiple directions which were all conflicting from several employees. After a couple of hours we were able to get things figured out. I am furnishing a new home so I need everything. I started with a washer and dryer. I took in the size that I had to work with and pictures. I was assured that what we decided on would fit. It arrived several days later. The delivery person unpackaged it and promptly placed it on our new floors with no protection under it. The floors are now damaged. The next day when the technician tried to install it, guess what? It was to big for the size we had to work with. After about 5 hours, we were finally able to get it in. The next item showed up. A piece of furniture. I It came partially assembled. When I finished the rest of the assembly, all of the top screws which were installed prior to delivery were all stripped out. The first time it was used it came apart. I can't wait to see what happens when the rest of my orders arrive. So far Home Depot gets a very bad review from me.

Went in for some moss treatment powder. Found multiple products and appreciate the size differences. Check out was smooth and easy. Jennifer is an awesome cashier/employee.

He took the time and listened well and got me a great deal on just what I needed.

Great assistance by a knowledgeable staff member - who also was personable and pleasant and saved me money. What's not to like!

I love shopping at this store because I recognize the employees. They tend to work longer here than at other branches. Plus they are older, like me, and have more knowledge acquired by time.

Just bought a Samsung washer and dryer for an unbelievable price. No pictures, but are very nice to look at. My sales assistant was great and the whole adventure was speedy and absolutely painless. Highly recommend appliance shopping here.

Just bought samsung dishwasher for my Daughter's birthday gift, lied to by sales person about setup, that I paid for that didn't happen. Now I have to hire a private contractor

This store has an extension variety of materials. If you at home and wondering if they have what you are thinking of... look on the HOme Depot website; put in your zip code and look up your item. Or if that isn't possible you can call and ask or just go in. Sequim has a great Home Depot. If they item isn't in stock, it can come to your house or the store for pick up. Thanks Home Depot for being in Sequim.

Went in for some pruners and garden fertilizer and found what I needed with help from a nice employee. Everyone has a good attitude and is ready to help and crack a few jokes if you want to. Definitely coming back :)

we have asked Home Depot to assist us with their knowledge of several items for our home. Local contractors have been knowledgeable and quick with installations. Our old home is getting it's updated style and we are really amazed and appreciative so far.

Always has what I'm looking for. Employees and Customers are helpful and friendly. My go to store for whatever tools and products I need to start and finish projects around my home.

I did my first big garden shop of the year. When I asked for cardboard flats to transport the plants home in, I was met with a snarky checker that said abruptly, "Home depot doesn't have those. They never have." She was immediately defensive in a way that suggests she's been asked this before. I often drive away from Home Depot with disgruntled thoughts about big box stores and the dying art of customer service. This trip was a stronger version of the same 'ol.

Though the people you do have are very helpful it was very hard to find anyone.

From lawn and garden to every section in the store all employees are smiling and willing to help. Ask for item and instantly they tell you what isle. They know their job
