Great home improvement store. All items necessary for remodeling and home improvement are either at the store or online. The employees are knowledgeable and answer all questions or find someone to to assist you while shopping.

This store is very organized.

Retrain all employees to understand they have customer service jobs and they should quit standing around talking to each other and being on FB on their phones...such a bad experience!

We have shopped this store often. Today we did a phone purchase of a new Whirpool washing machine. Ravina at the Sequim, WA store was amazing! Super employee in all ways.

I have been disappointed at this store on a few occasions, both involving rude behavior of a certain worker. I've not noticed this particular worker lately and have had better shopping experiences since.

We are fortunate here in Sequim, WA, to have a Home Depot store. We are remotely located, and the next nearest comparable store, (or other HD store), is an hour away. We always have friendly and helpful associates who are readily available to assist us. This is a nice clean store and we almost always find what we need there. I would strongly recommend this store.

This store is the only one of it's kind within 65 miles of our town. The prices are quite good and have a large selection. This store also gives great service and discounts to us veterans, We appreciate this very much.

Brandon in lumber was exceptional. He took the time to help me select the correct lumber and the tools and hardware needed to repair my picket fence. The all professional construction crew by rentals also were outstanding. Their support was most appreciated. 5 stars to both Brandon and Pro crew.

Sales associate in the appliance department took my phone order and processed it without hesitation. The important thing to keep in mind was this was after I had tried to accomplish this on line and the online system kept kicking my credit card information out and not accepting the order. I called another Home Depot and was not able to place a phone order because the sales manager would not allow his associate to be tied up on the phone while there were customers on the floor. The Sequim store was dealing with the same issue, but stopped to help me. I appreciate them a great deal.

Only problem is not enough checkers.

I am often surprised at the differance between my attitude entering and leaving this store. I frequently notice a marked uplifting of my spirit after a short visit. Smiles really do matter, even bad days improve a little when you are greeted with a smile.

this is a great store with a great manager. I have spoken to him several times and found him to be extremely helpful in answering all my inquiries.

Great store to get all the items I need for my home and yard

HD carries most of my building needs at a reasonable price.

Really like that this warehouse, although large, has employees who will take time to help you.

This was a pleasant shopping experience. Very knowledgeable sales person. Other personal were nice and helpful also.

The store manager Jesse doesn't like to follow thru on customer complaints and make the customers happy I suggest she find a job where the pressure of working with unhappy customers isn't harshing her mellow
