each time I have been to this location there seems to be no one on the floor that has knowledge of the products on the shelf , where they are or how to use them or an alternative to what I;m seeking ,(when you first opened it seems that at that time there were young and old guys that were always ready to answer your questions and take you right to the product or show you an alternative that was in stock

Nancy from the appliance department was wonderful to work with!

Ladies, watch out for the tall guy in hardware; he likes to offer discounts to females if they will go "have coffee" with him.

I bought some kitchen cabinets today and although I had to be bold with a few employees and ask for help, those that did help, went above and beyond and stopped what they were doing to help me. I am so grateful.

The staff are personable, friendly, and explain the process that they are performing with ease, and to my understanding. Returns, or exchanges are easy as pie! No hassle!

Found the item on the website (a battery operated inflator by RIDGID), which indicated the stock on hand, and the aisle and bin# where it was located in the store. When I got to the warehouse I was able to walk in, go to the location, retrieve the item, go to an empty checkout and leave - all within a few minutes

This store is friendly and clean. I enjoy the shopping experience when I go there.

It's usually difficult to get help in this store. There are too few employees.

Even with a short staff and large customer volume I only had to wait a couple minutes for help in the deepwater section,then with Brett help found me the best deal on everything,even so far as to try tool section for a better batteryis deal,and getting me set up with David who processed my delivery order,and any who fixed snags in the system which could have cost me much more money,Thank you to all

My experience purchasing a washing machine was easy and very professional. Nancy went out of her way to give me the best deal. I was pleased that there hours of being open late in the evening was great. I will purchase my future appliances from home depo in Sequim Washington.

I am 61 years old, a woman, and love doing home improvement projects my whole life. I have experience going into lots of home improvement stores. I recently moved to Sequim and not only have I been impressed with the friendliness of all of Washingtonians, this Home Depot has proven to be the best in customer service too. There is always room for improvement in customer service in all businesses, and this store helped me more than any other, ever! I truly was so happy that so many stopped to help me as I was searching for several items (on several different occasions). They have the best people, all the way through the Self Check Out line!

Not enough (knowledgeable) people on the floor - aisles were cordoned off, with no apparent activity going on, forcing customers to circumvent the aisles, in search of assistance - at 2:52pm. The item I was looking for (a garden hose rack) was finally located on one of the TOP selves, in a box, in the garden center (someone had told me to look in aisle 49; another person whom I eventually found, "didn't know")

It is always a rat experience to shop at the Sequim store. Excellent customer experience.

Sequim Home Depot is a very friendly and helpful store. Employees always make the visit very welcoming.

I have found all the employees in the appliance, flooring and lightening departments to be extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The go over and above the call, and do it with a kind spirit.

The phone pick up time was horrendous but after I connected with a real human, it was an easy transaction. I was putting a project on hold and needed to ask for a large refund. They provided the refund with no issues. I was provided the assistance I needed in record time! It was an online transition so I cannot really comment on the clean level, but I am in there often and it always seems clean, even the restrooms. The three people I dealt with were all helpful and friendly.

Georgia, at customer service, went above and beyond to help me aquire, from another Home Depot store, the product I was looking for. She was eager to assist me and even guided the associate from the other store how to navigate the stores inventory. She was very patient and kind - a genuinely wonderful person.

I was so happy when i was helped by the employees they took extra time and went out of their way to help me.

I was so excited to go to Home Depot to purchase a range & refrigerator. I was finally able to afford to purchase the appliances that I wanted! Unfortunately it didn't work out the way I had hoped. When I got to the store I was told that the sales person was waiting on a party that was placing a BIG order she just walked away from me. When she finally got to me after an hour the items that I picked out on line weren't available, I chose 4 others that weren't available either. I finally settled on a range & fridge that were more expensive than I planed on spending & was told that it would take 32 days to get them delivered. On the day of delivery I called to find out what time they would be delivering them as I hadn't heard from Home Depot & I was told that it would be 2 & 1/2 MORE MONTHS b4 they would be delivered!!! I asked for my money back and was told that nobody had the authority to give me my money back and I would have to return the next day. All in all it was a horrible experience. I don't recommend the Sequim Home Depot.

The store was clean, the associates were for the most part ok. I did't like my experience at this store because the associate who eventually waited on me made me feel like I was a second class citizen. She told me that she was waiting on a person who was placing a BIG order. She said that she would "get to me Later." Then I got charged double for an item and the items that I chose were out of stock and would never be available. So I ended up spending alot more than I planned. I think they call that BAIT & SWITCH. All in all not a great experience.

It is a step above other Home Depot's that I have visited.

The purpose of this review is to pass on my thanks to one of your associates " Jordan Test" at the Sequim Store. Today I went into the store to buy an outdoor vacuum cleaner. Jordan took the time to explain about the features of the item(with patience!) that I was interested in buying. He was very courteous and even helped me assemble the parts at the store, for I didn't have the right tool at home to put it together. What a nice service! I became a happy customer of the store today, thanks to Jordan. Your store is clean and usually most associates are helpful. It will continue to be my choice of hardware store! Please pass on my sincere thanks to Jordan!

Employee does not respect social distancing

I can almost always find what I'm looking for here. The employees are quite friendly and helpful, especially the older gentleman in the wheelchair. One can tell that he is genuine and loves people. My home needs several upgrades and, being someone who's income is Social Security, I find their prices very much inline with my budget. Very glad they are here.
