We almost always find what we're looking for. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. They are also very knowledgeable .

Brett, was extremely knowledgeable in helping us with a tankless water heater. He explained what we needed, showed us online tools with the manual and video tutorial. Brett, provided excellent service for my husband and I. He encouraged us to come back if we need anything cut as they will cut anything for us and said any of the employees would be happy to assist us

We bought the cabinets and we absolutely love them! We appreciate Karen, Brown help us !

I always check out the Sequim HD to compare prices for items I need. I almost always end up making my purchases there for garden and home supplies.

Kevin, the sales rep, was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. He explained our options, product pros and cons and really helped us to decide what best suited our particular needs.

I just ordered some windows, and "Jess" and "Daniel" were excellent to deal with, which made spending money a pleasure!!! I need to order more windows in a couple of months. I hope "Jess" and/or "Daniel" are working when I come back in!!!

98% of the times i have visited this store the employees always go above and beyond to help find or retrieve products or help loading my truck

I've had excellent customer service from the Sequim location while cleaning up and renovating a rental property. From New front door and storm door purchase and install to paint, flooring and window blinds.

This is the worst HD I’ve worked with. Any simple task, like adding something to a delivery, becomes difficult and time-consuming. I wasted hours on the phone and online trying to get an order through. It should not be this difficult. The worst part was being lectured by customer service about “how complicated” their new ordering system is and that it would be “so hard” to accommodate my request. When I’m working on several projects, I don’t have time for this. And don’t make your system flaws my problem.

Mr. Paul in Sequim store is very professional, kind , fei3ndly and very patient to help us find the washer and dryer we liked.

Always a great experience at this store, we drive an hour away to visit/shop. Friendly and helpful staff, never have to search for help or service. Very clean and welcoming from tge atmosphere to the knowledgeable staff. Been to many Home Depot stores, definitely my go to location. Thanks for everything your store and staff provide.

A huge shout out to the girl in paint! The brunette gal who went out of her way to go above an beyond for myself and others at the counter. Great job keeping that beautiful smile and happy attitude they should have more like her! I wish I remembered her name! I know I'll be there everytime she works and to make sure of it!

All and all it's an alright Home Depot. When you can find someone to help you, good luck in the afternoon, the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. There are other local stores that I will frequent as well, but some things are cheaper at HD than elsewhere.

The salespeople and service desk people are incredibly polite and helpful!

I noticed right away people were helpful and friendly again and it was good to see, the old Home Depot is back

Great Selection, Good prices

A very helpful employee was able to help me fix a loose backrest on my Mobility scooter. The backrest was literally hanging by one remaining loose screw.

I went get materials today at the Sequim store and didn't quite know what adhesives I needed. An employee named Qelly found me and walked me through the store to help me find everything I needed.

I have shopped there many times & am retired lady who has found several very knowledgeable employees who have been very helpful to me!
