Friendly atmosphere. Very clean areas. Products were easy to find! Special care was given to customers! Prices less than other stores.

Ok so maybe here I can write everything I was trying to in my survey. Drove an hour to this location. Stood in flooring for 30-45 minutes waiting for help. Finally called the store from the isle in hopes to have better luck getting help. Waited another 15 minutes before an employee came. In the process another employee stopped to check to see if I was finding everything ok and I explained to her I had been on that isle for almost an hour without help and was beyond frustrated. She, Brittany, went above and beyond to try and help and was the ONLY positive thing about my shopping experience. So great job Brittany! She went and got the store manager because evidently he hadn’t scheduled anyone to work the flooring department and let’s face it in a department that ONLY an employee can get products for it should NEVER be uncovered by an employee (vinyl sheet flooring). Anyways manager finally shows up and is rude, doesn’t apologize for my experience doesn’t try to do anything to make it right nothing. Employees that did have help him with getting my sheet vinyl had no idea what they were doing to the point I myself helped roll up my own flooring! Told him I would need help carrying out my 12 by 50ft roll of flooring and guess what? No help! I’m a 4’11 woman and had to load this MYSELF into my truck! I’ve been a store manager in retail for over 10 years and if I was him I would be ashamed of myself , my store, and my customers experience! To top it off the flooring I wanted that stated was in stock wasn’t so I had to spent over 100$ MORE on a different flooring and yet again not even a sorry or any type of discount for my inconvenience in this location. Worst 2 hours spent in a store in my life, I which all that time was getting help because already knew exactly what I wanted and the location in store, what should’ve been a 20-30 minute visit took almost 2 hours!

Went to store to pick up order and over the next 2.5hrs waited to get my order loaded. 2 delivery drivers also had to wait behind me to drop off their load and they were getting really upset and continuously called customer service to get someone out there to unload their trucks. The forklift operator nearly broke my shocks and leaf springs by putting a a 1500 lb load on my trucks tailgate because he brought the wrong forklift. After 2,5 hours went back to customer service and was told sorry about the wait but delivery will cost you another 79.00. 2.5hours wait and still charged???????

After making my second trip to the store to get some items I was on the phone asking my yard guy what other products I needed and that I had been trying to get some help of what I was looking for, I’m guessing she was a supervisor her name was Carolyn she over heard me stating I couldn’t get any help! She hollered at another worker whom goes by the name of Roslyn. Can you help her since she says she can’t get any help! That was uncalled for the only thing she could have did was asked Roslyn to assist me being smart about it was not the correct answer, I don’t think I will ever shop at this store again but however the cashier Alden was very very sweet and friendly. Management needs more training on customer service.

I checked out with a very friendly associate named RRIONNA she is literally the sweetest little thing ever ! This store does a good Job in hiring amazing associates

great store, great employees. Great merchandise Only issue is in store internet needs upgrade (slow) and that is relevant as you connect smartphone to use the app in store to find merchandise. Router needs an upgrade.

Excellent and friendly and helpful staff will definitely help you with what you’re looking for and if they can’t, they will find someone that can help but 99% of the time, they can help you personally. 99% of the time,What I’m looking for is in stock.

I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly associates and the availability of them in the departments. The store was clean and organized and well stocked. Was a nice atmosphere compared to other similar stores.

Always a great shopping experience at this location, wide selection of items, good prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Like all stores they have good and bad examples of customer service. By-in-large they do a good job at all fronts.

I didn’t actually go to the store since I am in Illinois. This purchase was for a family member that lives in the store area so I can’t offer an opinion regarding the store but the associate, Donna Jean couldn’t have been more helpful. She really stepped to help me and make sure all the necessary details were covered. I send her my thanks.

Employees curses customers and when turn to management for help they round the corner call you a fool and I guess the ones of us who go there are fools to spend our money there

Home Depot is my second home. I do a lot of my own repairs such as plumbing, roofing, drywall, flooring, decking, etc. There is always someone available to help me when needed and the store is always well stocked. Someone is always available to help load the bigger/heavier items into my truck. They've even helped me tie it down. I love Home Depot.

Excellent service. Courteous and expedient. Was physically escorted and shown where the product I was seeking was located; not just given directions...i.e. "aisle 23, bay 14". Once there was given information on several other similar items to expand my knowledge in making the purchase. Was on lunch break and had to travel 25 miles away; was able to get what I needed and return to work within allotted lunch break...And I did the speed limit on I-49...

Trey in Lumber and cashier Lamariah have both made sure my husband and I have gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of while we were shopping in the store. Great customer service and remind me what life is about. We will continue to return to this location for the service from them both. We appreciate the dedication especially during these time of COVID-19 and them still caring as they do. Thank yall for being who you are and caring about us too.
