This store and its employee's have gone above and beyond more than once for me. Great store

All of the associates have been polite and very helpful when need to locate the items I need. The front door associate is always helpful and polite.

Terrible customer service. Unable to get someone to help load a door. Cashier and 2 customers helped.

My ex-husband would not let me shop at Home Depot because of the controvery between the LGBQT community and the American Flag label pin....I on the other hand found your employees to be most helpful...other stores are to good to help you...Thanks again!!!

Paint Dept associate was very helpful. Cashier was friendly and fast. Store is clean, but does have slightly too much product in the main east/west aisle which makes it crowded for shoppers.

This Home Depot is conveniently located every time I go I have friendly service and can find anything I need for the project I’m doing

The store is great, customer service is wonderful, and it always has what I need on the shelf. My only complaint is after a purchase, when I have to go beyond the store level... The company as a whole seems to be on a downward spiral when it comes to customer service.

Home Depot is almost to the point where you have to know someone In the stores to get good customer service. Please correct this issue.

Employees were just standing around in a circle talking amongst themselves even after we asked for their help to find a dishwasher with the measurements we needed. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced there.

Excellent well-organized and clean store. Superb quality and service. Employees are there to graciously help answering questions and even loading your carts with heavy stuff you buy.

Was greeted with an amazingly kind and friendly cashier. Who not only made my purchase easier but the others in line as well. I believe her name was Taylor. She she gets 5 STARS from me. Hope you shop here and get greeted by her nice smile and demeanor.

Home Depot is a fine place to shop. Unlike the other big box store, I can always find someone to help. Further, they actually water their plants even after planting frenzy time is over.

The is very well laid out making it easy to fine what you need with very little or no assistance. Robin was my cashier. She was extremely pleasant, had a great smile. She had a great seine humor . I will look for her next time in visit Home Depot.

The store was organized and clean. Using the store app i was able to quickly locate exactly what i needed.

Me and my wife came in to the store last night looking for a washing machine and found the one we wanted and whent to go find a employee to help us we ran into randy in the flooring department and he was very helpful and friendly and told us that the washer we were wanting wasn't kept in stock. So I come in the next day with my grandmother and randy instantly recognize me and was very happy to see me back and he helped get the washer order for me even though it wasn't his department in doing so he was very friendly and courteous.

This store is overall friendly and extremely customer service oriented. Sometimes you may have to wait a few not because someone is just hangin around but with a customer. For example. you may need help in plumbing and can ask a question to someone in wood and they will leave their department to assist. I love that type of service. The managers, Diane and Lisa are just Precious commodities. Randy in flooring is so easy to work with it. I highly recommend this store to everyone

Since moving to Shreveport, this is my go to store.Janet and Daphne have helped me many times as has Debbie. Bamboo flooring , lighting, shower doors, faucet, commode, handles, etc all have been there for me.Decking was well priced and looks great in my back yard.Those folks are also terrific. The entire store staff has been great to me for years.

The store has signs for everything you need, making it easy to find. If you can't find something, they are on the floor of the entire store, to assist you. The employees are not only friendly, but they make you feel like a part of the crew. They talk and joke with you. I just love shopping at this store.Plus it's fully stocked, neat and clean.
