I used to have a problem with finding an employee to help me. They are everywhere now and very helpful. Had everything I needed for this little job in my yard. Great quality of items also and for it being the type of business, very clean.

friendly service

We purchased four white rockers. The price on the shelf did not match the sku number once we checked out. Rebecca, the cashier was very helpful and friendly getting this discrepancy resolved. The other associate who assisted her was just as friendly, patient and helpful.

This store is clean and has safety standards above it's competition. I usually find exactly the product I go there for. I do hate they no longer carry MinWax stains and products but Home Depot is still my favorite home improvement store. The associates are always helpful and friendly.

Great selection of products and a nice looking store, but during COVID you can't use the self service registers to check out because they require you to handle a scanning gun that the previous customer just handled, and nobody with Home Depot is sanitizing them in between customers. If they would just provide alcohol wipes, I would gladly do it myself because self service registers are much quicker than waiting for the ONE and only cashier.

Very nice and friendly... store was neat

Went to get lumber and had to move carts with online orders. This is not the first time I’ve had to do this. As 5/1/2020 I am no longer a patron of Home Depot. I hate it because it is less than 20 minutes from my house. I will drive the extra 20 to go to a competitor.

Online ordering and curbside delivery at the store on Bert Kouns in Shreveport was very helpful and made me feel much safer than having to enter the store during the coronavirus outbreak.

Went to get lumber, but could not get to what I needed due to carts (30-40) loaded with lumber and other items in the way. Went to Lowe’s and got it and they helped me load it.

Neat and clean store.

Store was neat & clean, person in paint department was very helpful and knowledgeable about products in store.

Manager was supposed to return my phone call with a resolution for the delivery but it never happened so I had to cancel the whole order and get it from a different company

Great experience

This place not only sold me a used product and didn’t do the right thing by replacing it... I also stood around in the floor department for assistance to try and purchase carpet for 15 mins the guy told me he would be right back to help ... and didn’t come back!

Nothing short a great experience each time I visit which is weekly. From the pro side to the garden center everyone is polite and knowledgeable or they locate someone who is to help me get in and out of the store . Nice atmosphere. Clean store .
