Item shows in stock on his computer and my cell phone but tells me it says ‘no home’ which means I have to order online. I tell him that doesn’t make sense and I’m a flippant way he says ‘well then I guess I’m not doing my job right because that’s what I tell everyone’. Other employee then steps up and helps me find the item.

I find it awesome that i can purchase few items for the same repair on my home and return unused ones back and not having to search for help is a premium to me "YOU GO,HOME DEPOT"

Got Brianna and she checked to make sure the plumbing part I was looking for was in stock. She was able to hold it for me for easy pick up. Thank you Brianna for being so understanding and friendly. You are terrific. Know you made my day!!

Justin at the Smithtown store was remarkable! Patiently and relentlessly he searched for the power tool product I sought. After checking multiple areas and even seeking the help of fellow associates, he located what I came there for after 15-20 minutes of effort. Kudos to Justin!

I always check out this store first. The employees are friendly helpful and they always keep their shelves stocked for every season. i find their selection of products extensive and usually find exactly what i need.

Above and beyond, surpasses expectations, customer service especially Wayne, Lennox and Lisa! Wayne is so knowledgeable, informative, hands on, helpful and honest. He helped me find the right mop and solution for my floors, not the most expensive one, but the right one that I needed. Lennox and Lisa are so friendly, personable, funny and nice! They were even so sweet and playful with my 3 year old daughter and even gave her a cool DIY toy! Love this Home Depot team! I even asked if I can work there to join such an awesome group of people and work environment! Thank you for the extraordinary shopping experience!!!

Smithtown is my favorite location because the employees there try harder for you. Michele, Marc, Jerry, and Tim always greet you with a smile and a warm hello at the service desk. And they do their very best to think out of the box to solve an issue.

Store in disarray, two items that were shown to be in stock online were not on the shelves, each item showed 10+ in inventory. For one item, in plumbing, associate told me it wasn’t in stock, and wouldn’t ever be back in stock. He added that the online inventory was not accurate or reliable. Also, lots of unstocked boxes, etc in aisles, all over the store. This is my go-to store, but shopping here is now a very frustrating experience.

I have visited the store every week since it has opened and never been disappointed. It has everything I need and a lot that I didn't think I needed.

The customer service was outstanding The staff were professional, patient, kind, sincere & dedicated Ordering the items took quite a bit of effort over the course of 2 visits but the staff were pleasant Ramiro, Mike & Dennis in Millwork are the best I was touched & humbled by this experience HD corporate HQ should reward this type of customer service & use this as a national standard

The staff in the Millwork & Door section were great. Very professional, patient, kind & courteous. Especially Mike & Ramiro; great guys. They treated me with dignity & respect.

I go to this store often. I was in the gardening department and out of the blue a young employee came over and asked if I needed help or had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and polite, I wish I had his name to give him the credit he deserved.
