Associates at this Home Depot go above and beyond!

I shop at The Home Depot on Crooked Hill Road quite Frequently, usually leaving with all the supplies i need. This trip this was not the case. I was looking for an item that according to associates, there was plenty of stock in store, just not on the shelves it was "somewhere" in the back. Very disappointed what i needed could not be found, and even more disappointed when the associate told me the stock had been "somewhere" in the back for over a week. Needless to say I had to make my purchase elsewhere.

If you are a Pro this is the pro desk to go too in the area They are not only attentive to the pro customer but also very knowledgable If you have any plumbing issue or need know where a product is located see Peter in plumbing dept No body in the area has the plumbing knowledge he has plus great customer service

I found the staff at the service desk very helpful including the manager on duty, she was great!

The store was in great shape and I was able to find the items I was looking for

Another trip to stock up on suet to feed the wild birds. The variety of flavors offered ensures that all of the visiting birds will find something to their liking.

Dear Home Depot and Associates, I visited you store very often and I always experience helpful people that solve all the fix it problems I have. The associates at Commack, NY always are eager to help me and make me feel important. They take time to explain the whole job that I need to fix and helpful hits to make it easier. That is why I always come back and I certainly spend there. Thanks for always help me!

Kudos to Marvin at appliances and Meg (cashier). They go above and beyond. They service people, not just sell items. They made my experience at Home Depot most pleasant. I bought a refrigerator and got not only that but the warmest smiles and caring from them.

The store had what I needed , associate directed me to the item , check out was quick.

I just had the most amazing Home Depot experience! Marvin was the most friendly and helpful sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with, and I have been shopping at The Home Depot for 25yrs. He is knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with me until I found exactly what I was looking for ,both online and in the store. I never felt pressured or rushed. It is obvious that Marvin enjoys his job and people, which is exactly what employers and customers want in a sales associate!

Have been back many times and have always found what I need. Also got great ideas when I wasn't sure what I was looking for. Very helpful sales people and cashiers. Will definitely go back again.

I've been shopping at this store for 20 years and feel like it's my local hardware store. Very helpful people, fair prices, wide selection. I could not do my repair work without the flexibility that Home Depot offers in selection of products and long hours open. Happy Customer.

While on a trip to Home Depot to pick up some electrical items, I decided took for a non-standard lamp socket that I needed but haven't been able to locate. One of the store associates saw me looking at the sockets and, after finding out what i was looking for, offered to lead to another part of the store where additional sockets were located. Alas, not the type I was looking for, but I really appreciated the effort the associate put into trying to help me find what I was looking for.

It was time to replenish the supply of suet for the wild birds that frequent our feeder. Was able to get a variety of "flavors", selecting from the 5 or six different ones stocked, and these are available year round, not just during the winter months. The self-check out worked well, rarely need to scan a product more than once to get it to register.

Got in, found what i need and got out. Simple, quick and easy!

They really care about you here and know when you need help to just do it! I like that!

With the cool weather finally arriving...it was time to stock up on suet for the wild birds outside. It was easy to find a good selection of suet blocks to provide a varied diet to our fine feathered friends.

Wayne made it really easy for me to confirm what my leak in the kitchen originated from. Wayne instructed me how to change a faucet from point A to point Success. Wayne informed me of all the products I should need and those I would not. He believed in my ability to repair my faucet. My faucet doesn't leak anymore. Thank you, Wayne. Kevin also made my purchase exceptional. There was another gentleman from the tool department whom took a great deal of time and patience with me. His name escapes me, but he even checked the stock in the computer with me, although he was aware of the certain items I requested were discontinued, such as Hilti drills. This guy was fantastic, patient and I feel just awful for forgetting his name. Still, thank you just the same.

I was happy with the way that management deals with situations that are brought to there attention. They stay with it until it is resolved no matter how long it takes.

Associates stated, never saw this item and to check hardware. The product was found of my cell phone. The app gave me the Aisle and bay.

I had a recent negative visit but overall Great Store

Marvin is the man in the appliance section. Not pushy but knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

I've never recieved better customer service from an associate in any Home Depot before in my life. This woman truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to take care of you! The company is lucky to have her! Also every single person smiled at me and asked if I needed help when I was in the store! Astounding!
