I would like to know if there is a reason why there was not a place for a doorbell button that is rated for a 24V transformer. I found buttons rated for 16V. I don't believe I should have to buy a transformer for $25.00 to get a $1.48/ $2.00 button to work.

Easy access and excellent fast cashiers

Both Steve (who I talked to on the phone and answered all my questions) and Jovanna ( who I met in the store and walked me through the ordering process) were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. I was very pleased with my experience at the South Naples Home Depot and have recommended the store to others.

Took :30 for them to find my online order, even though I had not only received an email but also a call informing me of it's availability. The customer service reps, both Kyrstal and Andrea, were GREAT! The Asst Store Manager, April, and Acting Store Manager, Bahram were HORRIBLE. It literally took them :30 and :45 minutes to even come to the desk to talk to us. My husband proposed the solution to both of them. Bahram actually walked away, while my husband was still speaking, after saying "this is the way it is". When April finally showed up all she did was listen to my husbands solution and say 'ok, let's do that'. Management was unavailable to the customer service reps and then extremely rude to the customers. Neither manager gave any greeting to us much less a 'sorry there is this problem'. NO sense of "Satisfaction Guaranteed", as is the Home Depot slogan, from either of the managers. Home Depot needs to be made aware of their horrible representation of their company by "leadership"! Seriously want to offer the customer service reps jobs at our company because they don't need the abuse they have to take because their management gives them no support. Really, this was the worst experience at any Home Depot I've every had!!!

Bobby Jones was very patient and helpful.

A Employee named Danielle went above and beyond in helping us decide on a Christmas Tree and when there wasn't one in a box on the floor she located one on a top shelf stacked high. She got a associate to come with a raised lift to get it down for us. After the associate got it down for us she checked back with us to make sure we got the tree we were looking for. Thank you Danielle

Staff in this store is ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and has the info I need.

I like that the store is in close proximity to my home, it has ample parking, and my shopping expeiences are always succcessful and satisfying. And the store inventory is so comprehensive and complete that I am always able to find what I need at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Rob Rusca and Keri Campbell were very pleasant to deal with they were kind and patient. They were knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Even though my wait to solve my issue was somewhat long(not their fault) they were kind and went the extra mile to help me. Much appreciated guys!

Should Be able to get military discount when buying online

This is the Number One store in Naples. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was exceptionally clean including the bathroom. However, it was a distance to get too, but immaculate.

By far the best Home Depot in Collier County

The employee who helped us was competent and friendly. He went out of his department to help us find another few products we needed.

Jeff was the most helpful associate in this store. He saw me struggle with my purchase and immediately stopped what he was doing to assist me. The cashier did not request help for me, nor did any other employee come to my aid as I attempted to carry 2 chaise lounge chairs to my car. Jeff immediately came to my assistance and strapped the chairs down in my trunk so I could safely drive home.

This store has the friendliest and most helpful of all the Home Depots. Great choice of stock and rarely out of stock.

We were looking for reasonably priced patio dining items. They had a nice assortment in stock and we were able to take them immediately. The store personnel were helpful, courteous and they smiled! I will definitely shop this Home Depot!
