I ike shopping the Airport store as I'm older and it is smaller and easier to get around. Employees are friendly and helpful always.

The store is always neat, organized and sales staff available to assist you. When I purchased my kitchen cabinetry they did a great job helping with the planning.

Had a very pleasant shopping experience while trying to pick out appliances. I had a few that a little something was not working and since most of mine were old, decided to go ahead and buy them all. My salesman, Brian O'Connor was very helpful from the beginning to the end of my purchase. I have a small galley kitchen so of course everything that was on sale as a bundle did not fit so I had to spend more than I had anticipated. It would be nice if they had an assortment of appliances to fit different size kitchens. Overall, it was a good experience and I would continue to shop at this Home Depot.

Awesome experience purchasing five appliance through Bob Jones. He made sure we got what we needed at the right price and that we understood the process from the sale through delivery and installation and even what to do if we had an issue. I had occasion to have a conversation with an associate in the bathroom tile dept as well as a very nice cashier. All of these team members were friendly and eager to help. I will shop at this store again to be sure.

Great experience!

We visited this store to get flooring - both tile and vinyl floorboards. We came to the store with our measurements and sat down with Semey in the flooring department. She was perfect! She understood our circumstances and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in sorting out what we would need to put our floors in ourselves. We highly recommend her if you have the chance to work with her at this Home Depot.

Very poor service, order was a disaster, five emails saying it was ready. Only a small part of it was, and that was all wrong. The 11 cases of very heavy tiles were still way up on the shelf. The 27 bullnose tiles that were ready were a different color. They did not have the right ones. Help.

I've always had great experiences with this store. If I am not able to find what I'm looking for, there is always someone to help. I don't have a house, but I have a home and the merchandise I get from here is invaluable, and saves me a lot of time looking at other stores. I couldn't live without this store, and I thank God I have one close to me. Keep up the good work.

The cashier today went out of her way to help me get my purchase secured so I could leave the store without incident. She is an asset to your store. All associates I spoke with today were polite AND friendly. I was disappointed that the item I was looking for was not in stock as your website said it was.
