This store is dog friendly. I like taking my canine with me when I shop Home Depot. She is on a short leash and is wearing a harness. She is people friendly and usually the checkout cashier has a treat for her!

I live very close to your store. We are in Winterpark condos. Your nighttime associate who works outside is very noisy. He dumps things all during the night. I have called several times about him. Wakes us up. Could you please address this to him. It seems it’s in the garden center. Faces the empty lot. I hear loud noises. Like he’s throwing he’s y things in a container. A Kamilatos

This may be a small thing, but it is a big deal to me. The parking place resewrved for Puple Heart recipients is special. I have never seen that anywhere else.

Every time I go to this store and I need any assistance with finding something or loading and unloading heavy items, someone is ALWAYS available and VERY helpful. They take the time and walk you to the exact location of what I'm looking for when I can't find a product or plant. Keep up the good work!

The employees at this store are an asset. The gentleman in the lumber dept, Mike helped me figure out my project and the amount of lumber I needed and he made sure it was cut and I was called before his shift ended. Above and beyond!

Went in looking for supplies for a bathroom remodel, saw a refrigerator in the clearance section and Bob took charge! Got me an extra $100 off and no interest for a year. Great service, great store!

I like to shop at Home Depot and the Naples store is no exception. Good selection. Good prices. Usually knowledgeable staff.

Some employees don’t speak English, so it is hard for them to help me. The check out lady was very friendly and talked about her family, and asked me if I was having a good day!

This store has the most helpful and informative employees of any Home Depot that I have visited. When every employee has a smile for you and ask if you need help it makes it a great place to shop. Love this store!!!

We are from Ohio and we like our Home Depot there but this Naples Home Depot was extremely helpful and employees are so friendly. We are remodeling a condo in Naples and found Home Depot extremely helpful and so nice to work with.

Hate the fact of all the self service check out. Went through the Garden center register and realized credit card only. Cashier Paul was nice enough to cash me out because there was cash in the drawer. He was the only one there. Why not have him on the full service register. BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
