Needed shelves for my new Armoire. Daniel went above and beyond to help me select the appropriate wood and then he cut it to exact measurements for me. Got them home and they were perfect.

In-store experience was fantastic thanks to Syncere, who is the best Home Depot employee I have encountered.

We are renovating our kitchen and the flooring throughout the house. The people we dealt with at this Home Depot knew what they were talking about and were always willing to spend the time to help us make our decisions, no matter how many questions we had or how long we spent in trying to decide.

I had the pleasure to shop at the Spotsylvania Crossing Home Depot today. It was a pleasure! Greeted by friendly employees and was offered assistance several times. Those who did assist were knowledgeable and efficient. Items in stock. Home Depot knocked it out the park today.

I needed a pre-emergent weed control for my rose garden and John, in the garden center, was quick to listen, ask questions and guide me to the right product. He's young and very helpful and I'm very grateful.

I am trying to redo 2 bathrooms in my home. However, the frustration with what the web sites show for the store and what you actually find when you get there causes delays and frustration. The other factor is finding a store member who is knowledgeable and willing to help. For what we pay for the materials you can find, you should be met with assistance all the way through the process. .

We worked with Julius Yelder who went above & beyond to not only ensure we got the appliances (Home Depot has a great variety by the way) we wanted but also pointed out various savings opportunities. If you are shopping for appliances look for Julius, he is a great representation for the Home Depot & their customer focus. Made a huge difference for us!

I came into Home Depot get two car keys made for my car and was greeted with a hello how are you and a beautiful smile the young lady Viejay was amazing as she cut my keys and watched self check out.

The store managers here no longer seem to care about customer service. I spend $60,000 here annually, while not the biggest customer I still deserve average customer service.

I was in the store and was buying several 16 foot pressure treated 2x4s and the people in the store wouldnt get a forklift operator to help with my load. They said they would load by hand to a cart and then to the vehicle but as soon as i did that they all dissapeared Except the spanish speaking cashier that used the wrong item and charged me for 2x6x16 instead of 2x4x16 she didnt understand that i said

If you ever want a good experience getting something you need, you’ll typically get it at this Home Depot location. Another big shout out to Maria in plumbing! This time around, I needed a small part to retrofit onto an older pressure washer. Maria is very knowledgeable, very much a problem solver and very friendly. In the past, she’s come through with the same attributes and I’ve witnessed the same gifts offered to other customers in the aisle. Nice asset for HD to have.
