All of the employees kept their distance of 6ft and the store was amazingly clean

While much is out of stock. Store is clean, does need a few more lights or more wattage in existing lights. Store employees are knowledgeable and helpful. It’s wonderful they have so many employees. For covid items, consistently out of stock. Stop stocking and have a distribution list. Have a buying waitlist, so people can at least have hope. Do not stock but fulfill orders. Take name and contact info, give a place in line, notify Person when product arrives, they have one calendar day to pick it up from customer service or other area, after that time, the product goes to next in line. And no matter if person misses their chance. Too bad, they get to be on the list again. No one Who gets product can be on the list again for 7 days.

With everything going on with the Covid 19 they try to get you in the store in a timely manner and the employees are willing to help inside the store find what you need or get someone to help you.

I know that we all are hurting now with COVID-19 and I appreciate the special care that Home Depot does for your shoppers/customers. Thank you very much.

I have been to the other Home Depot in my general area and this is the one I like best. I go a little further to use this store.

The staff is always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help.

George, who assisted me in the plumbing dept., was very helpful. He showed me how to adjust my tank lever before installation.

I was helped in flooring by Bob. He is a part time employee, but has a lot of experience and expertise with Home Depot flooring. He has installed and used it in his home. The store was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. I feel like some work in rearranging the flooring department might be worthwhile. You could see most of the products displayed in one area, but there were end caps two and 3 aisles away that also had flooring.

I know you can rent equipment at Home Depot, but is it possible to have an actual rental section like the Home Depot at Garrisonsville Rte 610. There are so few rental places in Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County.

Most of my plumbing needs and construction needs are met. I would like to see Home Depot stock 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/2 inch brass fittings and couplings.

No interaction with any HD staff, because I knew what I wanted and knew where to find these items. I used self check out

The customer service desk did a nice job getting a large special order item up to the front of the store in a timely manner. The person that brought the item to the front of the store helped me load it onto my truck.

People are friendly and helpful

This is my favorite store in the area. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Their store manager Kathy goes above and beyond to solve issues that arise. Honestly If I wasn't for her problem solving abilities I'd be a very unhappy customer. Not because of the store but because of the 3rd party delivery service for large appliances. The other employee that's truly amazing is Rob. He's been a huge help over the many years with tons of projects! You guys are very lucky to have him there too! See you again soon!

Management at this store are very incompetent. Can't handle simple task and are poorly trained. No registers opened with humans.

An awesome home Depot store. The staff to include all are very friendly and very willing to help. Often times you do not have to ask for help. I spend some time there and have come to know a few of the staff members. Rarely if it all have I been disappointed. I highly recommend this Depot location for your home improvement needs. When we came in to purchase kitchen appliances and cabinets, both Allyson and Stu (respectively) were incredibly helpful. Allyson had an extensive knowledge of the various appliances available and assisted us in getting the best ones for our needs at a good price. Stu's experience with the kitchen design software was outstanding, he guided us in identifying the best cabinets to fit our small kitchen. We were completely satisfied with the entire evolution.

Cashier Raj was awesome she checked me out fast.

Stacy n kitchens has excellent product knowledge, takes time to verify info from the floor to what is being purchased. She built the order based on my requirements and provide knowledgeable information so I would receive best product. I hope delivery and installation go well.
