Will only come to this Home Depot at Harrison crossing because of Cassandra she goes above and beyond each time. She’s helped us buy cabinets twice and helped us apply for credit cards! She really makes a difference in this store specially now it’s so hard to find great customer service in stores but Cassandra will ALWAYS give you a smile and assist you with anything and provide fantastic customer service . She’s fantastic keep her around she’s the best.

I have fun visiting The Home Depot store.

Very unorganized. Lack of care for customer service. Untrained associates. The list goes on.

Chuck Shaffer greeted me as I entered the store, helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I was in and out in a matter of a few minutes! Definitely would go back!

I just purchased an L.G. Washer & Dryer. The sales associate,Jocelyn Aldinger,went to great lengths to not only help me with the sale,but also in getting registered for a $50.00 rebate(each).

Sensible organization at this store. This is our "home" store, and we have two projects (a basement remodel and a Skoolie bus conversion) that ensure we visit "The Depot" nearly every day for a tool, lumber, a few nuts-n-bolts, a plumbing fitting, a few more feet of #4 wire.... We may know this store as well as your staff! We are ALWAYS well served.

Lacey Maldonado, an Appliance Specialist, was on point with her help in picking out our new appliances. She showed us the differences between the price ranges and explained what those differences would mean to our use of the appliances.

I have always shopped at this store. It's close to home and generally has everything I'm looking for and at a good price. Employees there are always very helpful and take all the time you need with you to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. I rarely have to go to another home improvement store to find what I'm looking for but if you don't have it, employees have always found it for me at another store, even if it's not a Home Depot store. Very impressive!!

Dominic C. in the Gardening department demonstrated excellence in customer service during my recent visit to Home Depot. He was professional and empathetic. Home Depot should hire more employees like this young man. I’ll definitely be back.

Lisa is the best. She intercepted us at the checkout where we had resigned ourselves to not getting the floor model grill we wanted due to the customer service line being so long. We were buying a few other items, and she heard our tale and took us over to the counter and took care of us. We now have a new grill! We are super impressed with Lisa. She epitomizes customer service!!!

WHILE SHOPPING FOR ELECTRICAL PARTS I COULD NOT FIND ANY 2" PIECES OF GRAY PIPE FITTINGS THAT I NEEDED, RINGS, FEMALE COUPLINGS WITH THREADS ON BOTH SIDES. ALSO IN PLUMBING DEPT I COULD NOT FIND ANY BRASS OR GALVANIZED 3/4" OR 1" COUPLINGS FOR BLACK POLY WATER PIPE

I worked with 3 staff at that store, Helen, Reign and Sarah. They are amazing professional, I would want to work with them.

The manager /cashier were very unhelpful and did not very personable.

This HOME DEPOT located in Harrison Crossing Shopping Center in Fredericksburg, VA has plenty of parking outside and a multitude of friendly, professional employees inside. You can get in and out quickly if you need to or get assistance from a knowledgeable staff with expertise in multiple departments. A great location.

Katie the Hardware Supervisor is incredibly awesome. She helped me find my item, and set it aside for me for pick up. Her customer service was top notch.

Terrific staff, everyone seems to be happy there. Always helpful and knowledgeable. The store is always neat and clean and in order. Prices are reasonable on most things. I would highly recommend this location for your home improvement needs.

IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN HERE IN A WHILE, YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW MUCH THIS STORE HAS IMPROVED. YEARS AGO, IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET ASSISTANCE EVEN TO SPEND EVEN THOUSANDS ON A PROJECT. RECENTLY, LOCATING, BUYING, AND EVEN RETURNING MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN STELLAR! VIC THE STORE MANAGER DESERVES A PRIZE AND DOES HIS ASST MANAGER (DANIEL?).

All good. Had a great on line purchasing experience. And when I needed help with a return at the store, Tiffany was able to help me cheerfully, efficiently, and with ease. Great experience!

I went to Home Depot to get a few items and the store is so big that I asked several different store personnel where certain items could be found. One lady took the time to look it up online and found it for me. Another man helped me figure out what type of water pump I should buy. Another man helped me when I was looking for a Philips Mogul Base bulb for an old lamp that i got from my parents. The lady who checked me out was very nice and patient and also asked if I needed any help putting items in my car. The store was very clean and all the associates were very nice and took the time to assist me when asked.

We went in to get a washer and they had one in stock that we liked. The young lady who helped us was very nice. This store is always clean and the people are very friendly

Clean store, friendly staff. In and out quickly.

This store and all home depos have implemented new processes that are not acceptable for people. They will return items that have been purchased if it sits in their store for 7days. As a contractor this presents a problem because I have zero room to store items such as full drop in bath and shower combos and if like my job the start date is pushed back then the items is gone and not present when needed. Because of this I may find myself in breach of contract. I would like to suggest that home depo makes automated calls or send several emails to insure that the items return is not a issue for contractors or customers. And It seems to me if a contractor is sued for breach of contract because the items were shipped back then they should back charge home depo for the law suit. .

Cashier was super friendly and nice quick to check me out Overall this store never carries what it shows on website so looking in advance call too see if products are on shelf or not!!

I'm going to a competitor instead because the customer service was not good, the place was clean, but people weren't helpful, and they didn't price match even though the website says they do. Their competitor price matches and they have much friendlier staff.

Great store with great customer service and everything you need to complete a project.

Kathy Hearn is commended for her outstanding Customer Service. She helped us in ordering a generator and walked us through financing. She was thorough and helpful through entire process.
