Hello, the Spring Valley store is exceptional. They have great customer service, the isles are obstruction free and the employees or dynamite. I really recommend the store. Also I bought some solar lights. Those lights are everything that they describe that they would be. I am so pleased with my purchase. I’m so happy that I got them. Thank you.

This store is very well managed. The employees are always helpful, and the store is always well stocked.

I was happy the store was open after the storm, running on generator. The employees were positive and helpful under the circumstances.

I asked 5 Home Depot employees for help to look for a part and I was told by three “I don’t work in hardware” not even offering to help me find someone that does and then two that told me to go to a different isle that wasn’t hardware. I walked around the entire store confused and only 1 of the 5 actually noticed I needed help but still just told me to go to the isle I already was in then just walked away. I left extremely angry and WITHOUT the product I came for.

The garden center is always filled with healthy flowers and plans. The customer service was impeccable. So nice to shop where people are happy to be there! Davyeon made my Saturday! Great place to shop!

I am a frequent shopper at this store and I love the checkout process more than the customer service process and any other department. Most of the cashiers are willing to help but will ignore you due to them having private conversations. Ever since I have been shopping at this location, cashiers Taylor and Jazmin are always smiling and are the friendliest associates. Josue in lumber is a great helper as well. I love shopping here.

This store was very friendly, clean and had items in stock compared to other stores, even the carts were clean and available. The employees were very knowledgeable and not annoyed that you asked for assistance. This store is not our neighborhood store but, will come back for sure.

Cashier Diego gave the worst customer service. He should not be on the sales floor. I’ve never had a bad experience at your store until today. Krystal another cashier stepped in and made my day.

This store is my go to hardware store because it is very close to my residence and it usually has what I need. On my last visit to the store, the customer service personnel at the front were more interested in chatting amongst themselves, as I stood by them, instead of asking me what I needed. On the other hand, Jasmine at checkout, hailed me with a big smile, was upbeat, packed my chosen products, and checked me out efficiently. She had an aura of warmth and caring about her. We need more associates like her.

Everytime I come in the cashiers or check out helpers are super friendly and very courteous. They are always ready to assist and aid in your checkout needs. Ms Tyesha has impeccable customer service with a smile and it is very positive and uplifting to many of us patrons.

Eddie, a garden center department employee at this Home Depot, is an exemplary employee! He asked if I needed assistance, helped me load mulch into my shopping cart, helped to locate the plant containers that I wanted to purchase, and even took time to get those containers from the store’s tall storage shelves. He and other employees at the garden center department were very polite and friendly. Best experience of shopping at a Home Depot. Thank you!

Today while checking out at this location the cashier asked me if I was expecting. I am not. The checkout area was full with other customers and in that moment it seemed like you could hear a pin drop. I was beyond embarrassed. I understand the question was asked with good intention but this is just something everyone should know not to ask. I don't care how obvious it is and this is why. Ive never felt so low.
