a woman who goes by the name of rosa was very helpful and recommended alot of great isles for me it was my first time going to home depot but with rosa helping me i felt like ive been going to home depot for years so she was very knowledgeable and on top of her A game

Everyone is always friendly the bathroom so I always clean and I’m always able to find what I need

The employees at this Home Depot are The A-Team of Home Depot stores! I never have to wonder around the store looking for someone - anyone - to help me find what I am looking for, or to help me figure out what I need for a project. And they all seem genuinely happy to help. Good employees are worth keeping around for that great customer service that brings people back again and again. Thank you!

Excellent customer service by Curbside employee who carried my return in because too heavy for me to carry. Once inside the return handled quickly with no problems. Both employees were pleasant and helpful. They made it easy to do business with Home Depot.

The associates in pluming were f....k clueless. They were no help in finding a simple value and pipe connections.

in store ordered a washer and dryer for a Galveston property after being told that could be done from Houston. After going through the entire process, was suddenly told it was against Home Depot policy to deliver upstairs by a manager. Was absurd, waste of time. Called Galveston Home Depot from this store ... told they deliver all over Galveston every day up and downstairs! Terrible management.

Worst customer service today and the bar wasn’t high after having to contact store manager to get resolution at 8400 Westheimer store couldn’t believe it but was ignored by four separate employees which forced me to load and unload a half a pallet of porcelain tile

After 30+minutes and taking with 4 associates I finally got my three 12 gallon plastic bins taken from upper shelf. Store was near empty and there were plenty of associates walking around.

Store always has items in stock and will try to get things if need and let you know when they will have it. I have had a team member send me a notification when an item of need came in.

This Home Depot is a cut above. Plenty of merchandise kept organized and easy to find, helpful staff like Gustavo in Plumbing, and on weekends they even have live music on occasion.

The staff were AMAZING! I shopped here Black Friday morning. Staff members were very cheerful handing out ads, welcoming us to the store and giving cookies & coffee. They reminded everyone to keep the holiday spirit, which was very refreshing. Margarita, the cashier was very helpful. I left my wallet at home so she kept my cart on the side while I ran to get my wallet. Aside from her, everyone in the store really exuded the holiday spirit. Two thumbs up. The store location is very convenient. Store was very clean and organized.

The management of this prime location has gone downhill in the last six months. Shelves are poorly stocked with inventory sitting above. Bins are scrambled with wrong size bolts, items as basic as lightbulbs have bare shelves. Need help in store? Good luck, the team is all gathered at the front of the store visiting with each other.

This is my favorite Home Depot store in the Houston area. It is always clean, orderly, the shelves are always stocked with what I need and the people are friendly and helpful.
