I have been shopping at this Home Depot for years now. I have gotten to know a lot of the employees and I have found if you can have a kind word to say to them they are willing to move the whole shelf if need be to get what you want. I love the place, it is like putting a kid in the candy store for me!

We purchased appliances and blinds at this store. The staff are friendly! Especially Blake Betts!!! professional, funny, helpful and knowledgeable!!! Good staff can make a difference and shopping enjoyable!!!!

For nearly 20 years Home Depot has been my “GO TO” store for home maintenance and furnishings. I once tried their primary competitor and was sorely disappointed as they lacked Customer Service. A person can buy home furnishings at many places, but it is the Customer Service that differentiates them!

A Mr. Nate Stoneman in the flooring dept. is a terrific employee .

As we were closing up our transaction, we were absolutely torn between two plants and only wanted to choose one because of the price. They gave us the second plant, and were very nice about it! 10/10, would recommend this place to any plant lovers !

Yesterday I received help on a mirror cabinet that was the last in stock. Richard and Mark took it down, rang it up and spend much extra time on me. I am very pleased.

They gave me options and when they didn'y have it in stock, she mentioned that it could still ship to me in a few days.

We purchased a little refrigerator to put in or garage. It is perfect for our needs and at a good price.

The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I shop here about 1/week and the store is always clean.

Ordered #WJ44935254 and received a heated jack in the mail. Attempted to return and have local HD customer service address. Young girl (20's) with metal glasses and blue/green colored hair said she couldn't help me with online orders. I told her I thought this was inconvient that I needed to now call to resolve of this error. She tool me, " Then you shouldn't purchase purchase on line then!". Totally unacceptable behavior from your service that is there to help resolve issues - not divert them and then be rude to customers!

I bought a refrigerator, it was damaged when I opened the box at home. Gretchen and John, at the customer service desk resolved my problem with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They made this inconvenience a positive experience.

The Home Depot team was incredibly helpful and kind with all they helped with. Got us in and out quickly and with no issues.

I purchased 8 boxes of rain gutter covers. John A. Looked up the product and showed me photos so I knew I was getting the right items. Didn’t have the covers on hand but said he could have them delivered in 2 days AND THEY WETE!

I bought this microwave yesterday and it’s amazing! Much better than the one I had before! And if you go to this home depot and are in appliances ask for Brande

This wonderful lady, hepled us find products ie online or in store, helped us with finding employes to help us load all our items with care, helped us with our Home depot credit card. Yes she just was amazing (yes I dont have her name)

Brande was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was super helpful and sweet.

I went in to buy a dryer and the employee came over to ask if sleeping needed help and we threw some questions at her and she answered them quick and got us out of there pretty quick with more then we came for. Brande is an awesome employee!

I can always find what I need here or get help doing so. If it’s not in the store, I’ve found it in the online store. Employees are friendly and helpful. I also enjoy shopping here for holiday decorations.

Usually nowadays unfortunately too many employees just do the minimum to keep their jobs, but a Sales Agent, Brande in Appliances is not one of them. She met and exceeded my expectations in picking out a new Washer and Dryer combo and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I'll shop there again just because of her.

Don’t shop at this Home Depot. Employees are rude and don’t show any good customer service. I bought paint from their paint counter and was given an old paint that looks like it has sat around and was not the color that I had asked for. The person at the paint counter was rude and a bully. I highly suggest you shop elsewhere.

I went to the Washington store and Melania was our sales clerk. She was great, gave us 100% attention, found items we were looking for. Even offered to help us load or get another employee to help. Great young lady for your store
