I came in to pick up a special order and was told by Marilyn at the Special Service Desk I would need to find it myself, then find someone to help me get it! This was a $9,000.00 special order of windows and doors! Normally the customer service is much better, the Special Service Desk employees were not willing to help!

Chelsea and Kim really work hard to help people get what they need in a timely manner! And thanks to everyone that makes your store one of the best stores

Alo in the paint department rocked it for us today. The paint matching computer was getting our color very close to our sample, but it wasn't quite right. Alo stepped in and made an adjustment based on her experienced eye. It came out PERFECT! Wow! On top of that she was extremely friendly and helpful. Great experience today.

Store was busy pretty helpful people only this that sucked was the self check out was the only registers open so that was a mad house

I had a plumbing issue with a leaking water line from under the kitchen sink to the refrigerator. I needed to replace the valve under the sink and repair a pin hole leak in the line to the refer. The man that helped me (he had red hair) knew just what I needed. He showed me where the parts were and I was on my way. I replaced the parts under the sink and spliced the hose where the leak was. One time fix! Thanks!

John Hall provided tremendous expertise, product location knowledge, and friendliness! His help made my visit so much faster and pleasant than if I had not had his help. Thank you, John!!

I shop at this location quite often and am always treated well by all members of staff. Brooks is always super friendly and helpful I know if I hit the back section and see him I’m going to find everything I need.

I went to home depot for some M6-1.00 wing nuts, I found a couple but not enough. There were 3 employees counting screws in the overhead, when I walked over they asked me to join them in counting the screws (I do not know how to count). I said I would return at 8am but that was a lie, I don't have work so it will be another day before I can return. My Girlfriend lost their wallet in the parking lot but then we found it. All in all a great experience, I will definitely come again. 10/10

Although the physical state of the store was terrible (pallets of product everywhere) and disarray of bays and carts, the employees we interacted with were friendly and if they didn't know the answers they did their best to find out.

I always appreciate the assistance I receive at our Home Depot. Not a time has gone by where I’ve been in the store where an employee hasn’t asked if I need assistance. Keep up the good work!

We are not too fond of how this store is laid out. It's not as organized as well as the other Home Depot in our area.
