I usually shop the West St George store or Cedar City store because the service is so much better. This store is better stocked but the poor service out ways the benefit. This last experience was so bad I will reconsider shopping Home Depot at all.

Greatest Staff of all time. Very attentive and pleasant even during the busiest time of the day (Saturday early afternoon).

Don't expect everyone to be wearing a mask in this store. Customers AND staff. We're in a national pandemic, and home depot doesn't care about anything except selling merchandise.

This store is ALWAYS a mess! The associates are rude or refuse to help at all. I have never had a good experience at this particular store and purposely drive an extra 30 min out of my way to the next closest Home Depot (at least 2 times a week) to get what I need as be greeted by associates that are friendly and knowledgeable and love to help. (because half the time you can’t get down this isles at this store or they don’t have the shelves stocked or the lumber down from the rafters). I waited at the paint counter for 25 min this past trip while I watched no less than 6 associates across the isle at the customer service counter talking and laughing with each other looking at me like I was “interfering” with their schedule. EVERY single time I need help in lumber either getting wood down or even cutting a board in half the associates basically run the other way, pass the buck, or whine that they have to stop what they’re doing and help. This last visit was the last straw. An associate literally took our lumber off the cart and stole the cart and left our lumber in the isle because they were too lazy to go get one of the MANY lumber carts from the parking lot (which is what I had to do after coming in and not being able to find one and having to go back out and get one myself. (Always the case at this store) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Drive to Santa Clara, Utah. You won’t regret it and will have a much better experience!

Mask wearing is optional at this store. If you have concerns about COVID, avoid this store.

Had what I needed. Employee couldn't find it, had to find it myself.

There are always plenty off associates available to answer questions. They are helpful and don't treat me like I'm a dummy, though I may be sometimes. The store is always clean and if I need to return something, there is never a hassle.

Thank you to ALL the Employees at THIS location for making the shopping experience as comfortable as possible during the current Covid 19 Pandemic. I did not experience any heightened anxiety shopping in the store due to social distancing and mask regulations. Thank you ALL for being un-sung EVERYday hero's.

This store is well stocked and clean. The associates are knowledgeable and willing to help. It is easy to find someone to help and my shopping experience was very good. I would highly recommend this store.

Disappointed and unhappy that the store was not enforcing the mask wearing policy. Too many people weren't wearing masks.

Clean efficient staff - well organized and always helpful

This store has FAR more product than the other St George store, and the employees here are actually very friendly, unlike the other store.

This location is close to my home. I can get in and out when I shop. It's well organized, The staff is always available to assist me if I am looking for an item(s). This makes my shopping time quick, easy and satisfied, so i can get back home to care for my mother.

Customer Service is very unprofessional. A return with a receipt for a purchase made on a debit card from this store not even an hour before should not be an issue. Beware... if you do not have your debit card on you.. you will be treated like some scammer. Unacceptable treatment to a business customer.

MANY people not wearing masks. Or "wearing" them down around their chins. This CoVid-19 PANDEMIC is a public heath crisis, people. Doing your part - wearing a mask so it covers your mouth AND nose - will help slow the spread. Yes, it's an inconvenience. Yes, it makes you warm (it also makes my nose run - but I do it anyway). I have been to this particular store three times since this pandemic started. First time - NO MASKS to speak of. Last time better. Now with Home Depot's corporate-wide masks required rule, a little better - but not good enough for me to even consider going back anytime soon.

The associates at the customer service desk were friendly and very helpful. Ashley went above and beyond to fix my online order, despite the mistake I made when I placed it. Excellent customer service and done with a smile!!

I cannot say THANK YOU enough to store employees Garrett, Meg and Jessica! In two different interactions with these folks, on different days even, I was treated like a king. I am so impressed with the way in which I was helped out. I hope HD knows what amazing employees they have!! I am a huge fan of Home Depot. And lastly, THANK YOU for the military/veterans discount.

I recently decided to get a Home Depot credit card. I am so happy that I did. They stock all of the items I am looking for.... and the customer service is the BEST. Love my Home Depot! :)

I love shopping at this store. The people are always friendly and helpful.

I came to Home Depot to purchase a grill. I am not very well versed in the different kinds of grills. A store associate was very helpful and educating me. I was able to pick the best fit for our family and feel very confident in my decision. Very grateful for the patients that the store associates hard for me. Also, they offered to put my grill together for me free of charge. I am very grateful for that. I’m not sure how well it would have turned out if I put it together myself. Thank you Home Depot.
