Enjoyed my early morning visit to store. Everyone was friendly and helpful! When I asked a question they answered it and if they couldn't they called somebody who could! I love several of the products !

The associates Richard & Sarah in flooring are super helpful, friendly & curtious, the cashier's are very friendly and helpful.

Who the heck doesn't do straight up exchanges of merchandise with a receipt in hand ? You guys suck

I am a handyman for a company that has me in this store basically everyday. The staff is,wonderful! Especially Jon in the paint department and Richard in the blinds department. Always smiling, doing a great job with all the costumers. The express lane is awesome, and the cashiers are always smiling, helping folks with the prosess. All of your staff truly cares and it shows. Thank you very much for all the great service!

We were shopping for a washer and dryer for our new home in Washington. Great selection. We choice LG products as they were a much better fit for the space in our laundry room. Our sales person was a great help in our choices.

This store is one of my favorites. I find lots of things that inspire my creative nature and the products I need to pursue my passion.

I have shopped this store for years. Several times a week and know a lot of the staff. But tonight the assistant manager made me a believer that my business would be just as well spent at another store. Purchased a saw missing parts and he just said return it and walked off. End of story end of my business with them.

AWESOME Store

The store is clean and well organized nice store to shop for tools and material supplies. Associates were friendly and helpful. I found what I needed right away.

The location to me appears to be well maintained and I have always found the personnel very courteous and very, very helpful. I get the impression some of the personnel had been in the trades of some sort at one time in their lives, or just knowledgeable. Sometimes I am looking for a particular item and do not know what it is called and after describing what I am looking for the individual will advise where I can fine it by giving me the row number and if the product is to the left or right of an isle. To me that is impressive for it tells me they know their stuff.

I've come to know several of the employees at this store. We have a new home and frequent trips to the Home Depot are standard. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful. It's a great place to get what you need and be helped when you're not sure how to do proceed and just what you'll need to finish the job easily and completely.

Very friendly and glad they had the product I needed and the service was great!

GREAT Store

I have started buying all of my appliances from Chuck at this store. He is honest and gives good advance. I have never been dissatisfied with one of his recommendations. I travel a long ways just to buy from him. Thanks Chuck!

Model store for this company, great customer service!

The store looked good and it was clean. I was able to get assistance and found what I was looking for quickly with the help of one person. She was friendly and she was helpful.

Friendly employees with a clean store

Twice our cart was gated in an area so the staff could do their night stocking at 11:53AM and when asked for our cart the attendant just ignored us and made us wait. ( We were with our cart at the time-its not that we left it unattended) No appreciation for their customers. Very frustrated with the staff

We went in for a can of paint. The associates at the paint section were attentive, kind and thoughtful. They got us what we needed, helped us with what kind of paint to get, how much, and even printed us an extra code so we can come back and get the paint if we needed it hassle free! Then showed us where the paint brushes and sandpaper was. It made for an easy shopping experience! Thumbs up for this location and it's wonderful employees!

I’ve had several dealings and spent a lot of money there in the last five or six months while we remodel our home in Kanab. Great service!!
