Staff at this store are like no other. In a world where nobody cares and everyone hating their job, this is NOT the case at this store. All so friendly and always wanting to help. Very nice experience

Went in to find a couple of plumbing parts had no help whatsoever no greeters no customers service in the aisles and no cashiers anywhere

Was looking for a stove with specific options and the appliance specialist working found the exact one online! Printed the paperwork and paid at register. Easy peasy!

I have been using this Home Depot over 10 years. Never a problem.

Went to get 42 2 x 4's and 7 sheets of metal. Asked for help filling my order from 5 different employees. They paged 2 times but no help> i could have gone to a local lumber yard and paid a little more but I would have had way better service. I am 67 yrs old and while not cripple, I do not get around like I used to. I was amazed at the number of employees standing around with their thumbs up their butts or clueless looking at cell phones Ask for help at checkout no dice. Load in truck byself

I was on an errand to pick up plumbing supplies for my son and I don’t know that much about faucets.. All I had to do was go to the bathroom fixtures area and there was a nice young gentleman there that really knew all about plumbing supplies.. I called my son and he talked with the young gentleman and picked up the plumbing parts I needed.. So pleased

I parked near the south entrance and came in quickly to get a can of paint. When I got ready to leave, something near customer service caught my eye, so I paused to look. Brylee at the customer service desk asked if she could help me or if I had any questions...I didn't, but did ask her if I could check out there and save myself a trip to the north end to check out and then have to walk back to where I parked. She quickly said "yes" and had me checked out quickly. She was interactive, bubbly, and friendly--a great way to start my day!

I drive by several stores to get to HD

I work long hours during the day and it's very hard to get into home depot for my home project Ivan did a great job on taking care of me at the very edge of when the sword was closing great job Ivan

Paul in lighting was so helpful. He not only showed me where what i needed was, he got the product off the shelf for me and explained to me how to use it. He then looked up which isle the other product i needed from the store was and gave me the isle and the bin #.

Very pleased with product availability, prices, and customer service!!!

In a world of surly, rude sales associates that obviously hate their job this store somehow breaks that trend. Have never had a bad experience there yet.

I bought some fencing things and poles and Bob helped me from the start to the end!

Good customer service is hard to find nowadays and the smiling lady at the self-checkout named Lyuba was so amazing and reminded me to register our new tool online.

I was new to the material buying process of being a handyman. But a lady employee who i asked for help suggested that i become pro perks member and the perks with becoming a member. And so for i like it. All in one place

Went in to buy a chain saw. After searching for help for 10-15 minutes (because they are locked with alarms), I found a store associate who said she would get assistance for me. After she paged over the intercom for someone to help me, I waited another 15-20 minutes. No one ever showed up. When I went to check out with my other items, the cashier asked if I found everything I needed. I said no and explained the situation. She never offered to help me get the item I wanted to buy and only apologized that the store was short staffed. I wonder how many other sales they lost and how many other customers couldn't get help.

Awhile back, I ordered a suction-backed mirror in the store that I found on the internet, and I'm still pleased with it.
