Only 5 out of the 30 associates we encountered either in the aisles or up front, bothered to acknowledge us or offer help...pretty sad odds

This store has friendly staff willing to assist their costumers. Found the product We were looking for and a bonus was on sale! Store is clean.

Busy morning, but Sandy took time (about 20 minutes of searching the store) to find what I wanted. She even recruited a couple of others to help! Thought I wanted a gas griddle, but ended up with a regular gas grill! And saved money!

Nice and clean store. Everyone was helpful and knowledge of the products.

I believe associates needs to be working not standing around talking and or on their phones. Any store always should always have something to do always. Idle time doing nothing and not helping customers should not be at any store. I have been at another store in pass three weeks and service was not as well there. Store shelves need to be stock and place kept clean and unclutter. And if you if the associates don't know they need to ask!

Store was neat and clean. All associates were friendly and very helpful with finding or answering questions of the products within the store.

This is the only store I use because of convenience and getting in and out quickly.

Jennifer and Lila are always willing to help us. We would recommend going to Home Depot because those 2 will take care of you from start to finish. 2 Wonderful Ladies!

My rating is based on the employees at this stage. It might go up or down depending upon the satisfaction of the item purchased. We were in the appliance section easily twenty to thirty minutes before I asked someone to help me purchase one of the appliances. Not a word was spoken to me in response as the employee went to get someone. He took another five to ten minutes before coming back to notify me someone would be on the way. The lady who then guided me through the process of purchasing the item gets a good rating for the store and she was very descriptive in her discussion about the appliance. While I was purchasing the appliance, my wife looked around the store, saw items on clearance, took the items up front to the register only to find the items were not marked correctly. The guy at the register did not apologize for inconvenience or even crack a smile the entire time. Not a pleasant experience.

I am completely impressed with the customer service at this Home Depot. These people are right there to help in any way they can. I love this store!

Every time we enter the store we are greeted by an associate with a brief hello and a smile. It makes us feel welcome. The store is clean and inviting and the merchandise well marked with pricing and pertinent information. Associates we've worked with have always been very friendly and helpful.

Store was clean, the staff was helpful and interested in what I was trying to do, was willing to help me to accomplish my goal. The products were easy to find with the help of an employee.

i wouldn’t recommend having installations done. Made a flooring order through Home Depot, and paid for them to deliver it to my house inside the threshold. What did they do? Dropped it off on the curb and didn’t offer to help me carry it in. Then almost a month after it was supposed to be installed, they show up and rip out the carpet only to tell me that they can’t install it because the floor isn’t level, and they can’t fix it. Mind you I had to take off from work because they require someone at least 18 years of age to be present in order to be able to make decisions (like if the floor isn’t level). So now I have to hire another contractor to come and complete what their unlicensed subcontractors didn’t do. I don’t have a choice at this point because they took off with the carpet that I was replacing. They were also supposed to install carpet, but that too I was told that I wouldn’t have to move any furniture, and that the installers would take care of everything. Only to find out that I would need to move everything based on what the installers said. I received poor customer service and no compensation for the loss and inconvenience I have encountered through this entire experience. I have been a Home Depot card holder but will probably cancel based on this poor experience.

I have always received superior customer service when having visited this store. All employees are very kind, knowledgeable, and quick to help. They have always helped me find what I needed.

My husband and I always shop at Home Depot because they are always offering special financing for using our Home Depot credit card. We couldn’t afford to get all our projects done without it!

The store manager cares nothing about her customers. She does not know the meaning of customer service and does not belong in retail. Either myself or others I have known have experienced this on many occasions and we have even stopped shopping there at times because it has gotten so bad. I hope upper management realizes this and replaces her soon before she runs the store into the ground and loses very valuable customers.

Our St. Joe Home Depot is the best. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and honest. When they don't know an answer, they find someone who does KNOW. They remember us from prior visits and even ask about our projects. The store is always clean and items are easy to find. Home Depot is "Ma Home."
