I find Home Depot has a broader selection of products, I can not find at other stores. The employees are always helpful. The store is very clean and well lit.

Enjoy coming to the Home Depot, especially the garden center. The plants are usually of better quality and seemed to be care for...and yes the Pro Service Associates are very helpful with figuring out bids for projects.

Charles in the paint department is super helpful. One of the nicest most helpful sals person I have ever met!!

We are renovating a bathroom from a half bath to a full and have received amazing advice and tips while shopping at Home Depot. One employee helped us pick out the things we needed for a bathtub and shower combo and when we went back the next day to get another piece of pipe and a bathroom fan and the same employee made sure to come up and ask us if we needed more help and was able to help us yet again. This is typical of our experience at this store.

There is always an employee available with great and knowledgable informations. They seem to genuinely want to help with the best solution (and not always the most profitable one).

It takes for EVER to get assistance from employees when you need help finding something or getting something from a high shelf. It appears they have cut back on staff greatly over the last couple of years.

I know several of the home depot employee's and Sandra Wiedmaier in Gardening has been there for close to 14 years and knows more than anyone person I have every known. She is kind and will go to any lengths to help you. Jennifer at the service desks is one of the best and knowledge for checking out.

Needs a rental option for home, business equipment with an employee that is knowledgable in its operation... The Kauai Home Depot is very popular and I use it personally a lot.. Plus I like the politics of YOUR CEO..........
