This Cashier is awesome. I think I was kinda annoying when I asked too many questions but he answered them patiently and in a very friendly way. Home Depot should hire more people like him.

Always takes forever, and today it took over 30 minutes.

I recently went to this store with the specific intent of finding a type of tree for my home garden. This species has become common in this area and hence harder to find and pricier. When I went to this HD store, I encountered this lady, Gloria, assisting another customer. It was obvious that she is extremely knowledgeable, so I waited to speak with her. Unlike some other HD locations that had none of that tree in stock, she had plenty to choose from. She explained the differences in the species within the broad name, which I might prefer and showed us how to pick a real hardy one. It was at a fraction of what I had expected to pay based on what I had seen elsewhere., I left truly elated. This lady was a great help, truly seemed to care about helping the consumer, made suggestions of what I needed to best plant the tree and keep it healthy, and in short made it a great " shopping experience". She is a great representative of Home Depot. If you are needing of gardening " guidance' she might be worth a visit, on weekends. I can't speak for the rest of this store but because of this lady I felt like I was helped by a real horticulturalist without paying for that at a nursery at their inflated prices.

I shop in many home depots, but this one was pretty quick to get in and out. But at register Dylan was super great and share a lot of information. Thank you

Great store, plenty of parking, friendly staff

The home-depot in syosset was extremely helpful. Nick and Frank had all the answers. Great place to shop.

Staff in electrical department obstructive and unhelpful. Cannot prioritise to get customers on their way w purchases. Unwilling to open locked shelves for simple spool of wire, while spending 5min scrolling through loose wire rack to help other customer with 5ft of loose wire that cost $5. This is even more egregious considering I am the customer who had flagged down two store staff, got them to overhead page, to get help in first place. Go to another store or their competitors. The increase in blood pressure isnt worth your time.

I am happy with the items I bought….. except I do find that some of the items are inferior quality and don’t last… like the fluorescent long tube bulbs. The parts for flushing the toilet

Exceptional home Depot but most of all Andrew was great deal with my sarcastic humor for a full 5 minutes remain strong under pressure. And you help me find a new set of tools for a great price what a guy.

The store always has what we need in stock. Along with friendly, helpful employees, and a big parking lot, this is our go - to store !

My 84 year old mother and I went to purchase paint for her deck. The gentleman in the paint department was extremely helpful. Dave sn Andre were extremely helpful and patient as my mom tried to apply for a Jome Depot Crefit.

I didn’t have credit card and she helped me very patiently do manual entry as well as tax id. Azra is her name

I don't like to the cashier!

I was met with aggression my most recent trip to Home Depot. Shortly after parking my car I could hear a man on a forklift screaming at his coworkers and shoppers around. He seemed annoyed to be loading mulch into peoples cars. Another worker decided to angrily ask me if a car parked near a flagged off area was mine. Such an upsetting time at Home Depot.

Paul was very helpful and assisted me in getting gardening supplies. All the staff was friendly and helpful at check out.

I love the size and layout of store #8466, it was built into an existing commercial structure and I would guess about 3/4 the size of a full box store like your Jericho, NY store. I can usually find what I need without getting lost and if something is not in stock, the friendly folks will call Jericho and have it set aside for me.

I came to the store with a list of things I needed. I got help from about 5-6 employees. Every single one was soooo friendly and helpful looking things up, giving honest advice and answering all my questions! I’ve never had service like this in a Home Depot or most stores to be honest!

I needed help choosing a color to paint my living room, Maria was knowledgable patient and kind. She took her time helping me choose and made sure I left satisfied!

I bought High Hats (Lights) and it easy easy.

Good service, most of employees are friendly. The pro desk sales, Marie Denise helped me out during the closed hours. She's the best.
