Have visited many Home Depots. Syosset is on the smaller side of some, but I love it so much more than the huge ones. Not as daunting! I find they actually have more product that I need, as well. The staff is always pleasant and helpful

Definetly 1 of the best Home Depots around.

I always shop in this store, I rebuilt my house with HD purchased goods. My house has an orange tint to it now. I had an unfortunate experience getting a returned/used faucet on a recent purchase.

While this store is smaller than other Home Depot locations nearby they never dissapoint when it comes to finding and having stock for whatever my needs are at the time, a good store and friendlier than the nearby Jericho, NY store.

the store is well lit and well organized, the prices are very good and staff is always available if I have a question about a product or where it is located

The Syosset store may not be one of their biggest, but certainly offers A+ customer service. I actually go there about 2 - 3 times a week including to pick up on line orders. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Much better than other home improvement stores or some of their other stores.

This is one of your cleaner stores! Farmingdale not as clean or organized???

Very warm welcoming store, very clean and well managed store with items and prices displayed so well and organised, employees are friendly, courteous and smiling. Assistance is provided in no time and if any issue, then it is resolved so amicably and efficiently. If required then the store manager personally helps the customers and makes them feel comfortable to repeat their visit on regular basis at this store location. Plants are displayed so well outside the store. Parking is ample and clean as always. This location is one of the highly recommended professional location and always feel good to just visit too to check out physically special and clearance deals.

The stores are local and convenient. It's not too crowded because of many home depots in the area. They could improve selection of products being equal to the larger home depots. They do not stock as much as the larger home depots. I think they can.

The Syosset Home Depot store is the best one near me and I have 2 others I could shop at. All the employees are friendly and helpful. If you go you have to find the cashier Jessica. She's helpful and friendly and always makes you laugh. Highly recommend this store

Some associates should not be there. If an associate is not happy working at HD then don't do it. As a customer, I expect a reasonable treatment. The store manager should pay more attention to her employees and how they treat customer. I don't want to get into details but my advice to other shopper, if you can avoid this store. One angry employee (out of many nice ones) can disturb your day.

Anthony, the Manager of gardening, was such a pleasure to work with! He made my visit, purchase and delivery a great experience and calmed my nerves about purchasing and using a BBQ!! He and Allan were terrific at the delivery and very patient as I asked a million questions! Thank you so very much gentelmen!!!!

Always enjoy shopping at the Syosset store on LI. Store always clean and organized. Employees working there always friendly and helpful. I always enjoy checkout when I can get Jessica. She's always friendly and makes me laugh. A great person to deal with and always willing to help you. This is my favorite store to shop.

Yes all is good

Shopped again at the Syosset N.Y. store and again very satisfied. Was greeted by Jessica, a cashier, and was asked if she could help. This time I knew where the items were and thanked her. After getting my items went to check out and went to Jessica. She asked if I found everything I needed and I told her yes. She was fast at checkout and very funny. a pleasure to deal with . Recommend this store and if possible go to Jessica she"s helpful and make you laugh.

Good sized store with good selection of items that serves the neighbourhood. Helpful staff and services all the time. They come and ask if any help is required and solve the problems with technical help and various alternatives. I have been shopping here for more than 10 years now and it has been an excellent experience. Thanks
