This is probably the dirtiest, poorly stocked Home Depot I have ever been to. The lumber section had multiple empty racks , with stock way up above and no employee working to keep the empty racks, full. The section where the cement is stored, looked like a war zone that you could not get a cart through. No employee taking care of that section. And isle after isle that was blocked with carts full of junk. No manager who is earning his pay would have allowed his store to reach such a poor condition, with employees that don't do their jobs.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was in stock and was able to be put together and delivered in 5 days. Perfect Shopping Experience

What a great experience! I needed 3 sets of door hardware keyed to a single key and expected it to take an hour if it could be done at all~ Kevin walked up; said hello and immediately got to work... We chatted about school and his plans for the future and before I knew it, he was finished~ His interest, enthusiasm and overall attitude was so great... I was already satisfied with the purchase I made online and the fact that I could pick it up curbside, but the customer service I received from Gina and Jaylen enhanced the experience. I will return to this location, and I will recommend this location to others.

Thanks to Tosha and the ability to get a military discount in addition to sale, we will definitely buy from Home Depot in the future rather than the other company. Everyone is very attentive to the needs of their customers! Thank you for the great service!!

We were helped by picking out the lumber we needed for our porch and he also cut the sizes we needed.

The help that I received in the garden center; specifically, by associate, Ian. I had purchased 10 bags of soil and 10 bags of mulch. Without even asking, he helped me load it into my car. Having run a company, I know the value of employees that take initiative and also who are excited about the company they work for. Ian is a valuable employee and a great asset to Home Depot.

I was looking for a drill for our family. After 30 minutes of waiting for help, Domingo and Kevin came to my rescue. They weren’t assigned to the tool aisle but that didn’t stop them from jumping in and going above and beyond!!

Ryan provided excellent customer service.

I purchased a shower unit, and due to an unknown computor issue my order fell into an unknown location, and with the assistance of the staff a fix was found along with a favorable outcome. Nice to experience great staff at work.

Their Ridgid tools are the best.

I ordered a new shower enclosure, shower pan, and a dog door on line and foolishly thought it would fit in the back of my SUV. Kari the man who brought out the merchandise was so kind to give me options on what to do. Then Tosha at the service desk was just as kind to help me get it delivered! Nice people still exist.

I'm just loving my washer and dryer that I bought on 01/10/2024 and also my stove and refrigerator I bought some months ago, I found great pricings on all four products..

Went to purchase some shelving items and almost all of the boxes on the shelves were empty. Employees walked past us and never offered to help with anything. The store and parking lot was full of trash.

I had just been to another store looking for a circular saw and I was not pleased with it. So I went to Home Depot, where I had a great experience. I don't have any pictures.

Store is a mess. Sales associates doesn’t help.

We waited over 15 minutes after asking for help, no one showed so we cut and packed our own tree after we paid for it!

I bought the 6ft animated singing Santa on November 5 2023 at Home Depot. The cashier Tamika/Tamira was excellent very knowledgeable and helpful. Hope I got her name correct.

This location of Home Depot is never overly crowded so it makes loading up a breeze. Once inside the friendly staff greets you and makes you feel welcome. The training these employees receive is stellar as they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and pleasant to be around. I highly recommend shopping here. The staff is stellar.

Gina made my day with truly exceptional customer service. I shop THD because there’s always someone friendly to help, product selection is great and prices fit my budget.

We had a really GREAT experience at NE Tally store with Cust. Svc. Dept. Lead Gina who helped sort out a glitch in our credit application. And also Kevin in Millwork helped us find and order the exact right front door we wanted from among countless choices.

Good selection of products! The very helpful man in hardware ( Michael Newton) made my day! I was clueless and he was extremely helpful and did above my expectations! Very happy with my visit to this store!
