Associates are always friendly to me and my husband. The only problem I have ever had was a long wait in the paint department because of only one employee on duty and there were several customers needing help. The Associate seemed to be overwhelmed. I realize a lot of businesses are having problems getting positions filled I guess due to the pandemic. But none the less I love Home Depot and patience is free.

The delivery service was so bad that we ended up cancelling the entire $1,400 order. Delivery people were rude, hung up when I tried to get help and lied several times. Will never have a HD delivery again.

Riley was very helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help.

This store is very poorly stocked & maintained! I drove across town to this store as their Web site said that the item I need was it stock w/ 5 available. Yet when I got there, they had none in stock! While some of the employees were polite, others were quite rude & unhelpful! A very unpleasant experience indeed!

The staff on the patio, Yanel, Fred, and 3 other gentlemen exceeded my expectations. I had a large, heavy purchase that I was dreading mainly due to the 95 degree heat. They made everything quick and easy and did so with a smile on their faces. Outstanding experience. Thanks everyone!

This is about as good as it gets in supply land. The filled parking lot is a testament to that. You can find just about any new tool or machine here, garden and yard supplies or equipment, as well as knowledgeable advice if you inquire from the right employees....and to their credit, they will usually tell you if they are out of their field and offer to find someone else. Have always loved the paint section - may have to wait a few, but those folks know their stuff.

This store is well organized and has friendly and professional staff in every department that I have shopped. The store was clean especially as it was the end of the day. The ladies at the service desk were especially helpful.

We shop all Tallahassee stores and online, but it seems the NE Tallahassee store always has what we want, best prices and financing terms and a friendly and helpful staff. Hard times right now, so we sure appreciate the timely and professional help we get at this store.

The stores are always clean and they keep the place in stock with the materials that customers regularly need. Things can be ordered online and shipped in on a timely order. Mostly all the employees and knowledgeable about the products that they work with. I enjoy going there, the prices are pretty fair.

The store and its employees are top notch - the location is difficult to access and the traffic in the area makes easy shopping at the location more challenging

The cashier we just had went above and beyond the usual customer service we experience at stores. Her name is Victoria, so if you see her, say hi! We frequent this store often and enjoy it there. We found what we came for and although the price of wood is up substantially, it is everywhere.

Because store is always busy there should be more associates working for customer satisfaction. 95% of the time they have whatever your needs are. Parking gets a little limited depending on the day or time.Employees are helpful when you can get one and service always is with a smile.

I am impressed by the Service of Kenneth Pafford Cord of the Tools and Repair Department. He is really helpful and tried to accommodate the shortest possible time I need the Rigid's Nail Gun to be repaired. He was excellent and I highly recommend to anyone who has the needs for repairing tools!
